**About The Role**
We are seeking as-needed **Paleontological Field Technicians** who will be responsible for providing paleontological mitigation support throughout California. This role will be responsible for conducting paleontological monitoring on construction sites, including preparation for sustained monitoring in a variety of climates and ecologies.
Please note, this position is listed for California and is available for any of the **Central Coast** , **SoCal** , and **NorCal regions** , with particular interest in candidates located in **San Luis Obispo** , **Ventura** , and **Fresno counties.**
**Overview Of Key Duties And Responsibilities**
+ Perform construction mitigation monitoring for paleontological resources.
+ Collect detailed and accurate field data with a focus on the geology and stratigraphy of the site and prepare clear and concise daily monitoring reports to summarize the data.
+ Collect fossils during monitoring, perform/assist with small- and large-scale fossil salvage that may include plaster jacketing or bulk matrix sampling.
+ Clean, organize, and prepare fossils for institutional curation.
+ Work under the direction of a qualified paleontologist.
**This Job Might Be For You If You Have The Following**
+ Bachelor's degree in geology, paleontology, or a closely related field, with coursework and field training in paleontology and sedimentary geology.
+ Experience in California paleontology, which may include paleontological monitoring, survey, fossil salvage, laboratory preparation, report writing, and coordination with a principal paleontologist.
+ Ability to safely perform fieldwork on construction sites often in rough terrain and inclement weather for long hours.
+ Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), a high level of responsiveness to supervisors, the ability to follow detailed instructions, and strong organizational skills.
+ A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation for travel to and from project work sites.
+ Proficient in technology with the ability to reliably communicate through smartphones, computers, or tablets.
**Compensation**
The base hourly range for this temporary position is **$25.00-$35.00 per hour.** At Rincon, our salary ranges are based on market median of similar jobs, according to third party salary benchmark surveys. The base pay that is actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Your Role:
Tetra Tech's Disaster Recovery Division is currently seeking FEMA Public Assistance (PA) Consultant(s) (On-Call). This position is for on-call / as-needed basis and may require travel periodically based on company needs.
* Ensure that the PA Program is effective in meeting the needs of the Applicant.

Position Summary
The Senior Land Surveyor collaborates with office and field teams to deliver a wide range of survey services, including coordinating field crews, maintaining equipment, collecting and analyzing survey data, resolving boundary issues, and performing cadastral tasks. This role requires strong expertise in boundary and ALTA/ACSM surveys, topographic surveys, high-precision control, construction stakeout, laser scanning, and as-built surveys. Tetra Tech Solid Waste West (SWW) is seeking an Environmental Field Technician. We are expanding our team and looking for hardworking and capable individuals. Our technicians receive hands on practical experience and have a direct impact on our environmental projects. Tetra Tech specializes in a wide variety of consulting, testing, monitoring, and maintenance in the solid waste field. * Monitoring and analyzing landfill gas (LFG) and liquids

Your Role:
* Conduct archaeological fieldwork, including cultural resource monitoring, field survey, testing, and data recovery under the supervision of Principal Investigators.
* Work collaboratively in a team to map cultural resources in the field.
* Collect GPS data using Trimble units or tablets and perform digital photography.
* Identify and record artifacts, features, and resources on appropriate state site forms.
* Coordinate with agency officials, clients, Tribal representatives, and field teams for project execution.

* Document and process a variety of pre-contact and historic material resource types, as well as flora and fauna.

* Operate 4WD vehicles on rugged, backcountry roads safely.

Qualifications:

The Process Engineer - Project Manager will oversee planning, design, and delivery of advanced water and wastewater treatment projects. Program Details
Internship will be approximately 3-4 months (May/June -August 2026)
A minimum of 20 hours, but more hours can be available if appropriate.
The program includes a collaborative 2-week charrette in July working on a project in Berkely, Ca (travel and lodging will be covered, if needed, during the charrette)
You will be required to work in-person at one of our California offices. Please note, lodging is not covered for anytime outside of the charrette.

Position Summary:
The Process Engineer - Project Engineer will support the planning, design, and implementation of water and wastewater treatment projects. The role requires strong technical and analytical skills, attention to detail, and an enthusiasm for problem-solving within a collaborative, client-focused environment. Your Role
In this position, you will play a key role in the commissioning process for assigned projects. Your responsibilities will include:

Your Role:
As a mid-level Conveyance Engineer, you'll play a key role in developing water delivery solutions for our clients. You'll work alongside senior technical leaders and project managers to advance detailed design and delivery across a range of public sector projects. In this role you will:
