**About the Role**
We are seeking a **Cultural Resources ProjectManager** to join our team of professionals working on a variety of projects including Utilities, Water, Renewable Energy, Transportation, and Infrastructure. Under the direction of a Cultural Resources Principal, you will co-lead the team that works in support of the Cultural Resources contract that Rincon has with a major utility. We have a strong team assembled and are seeking to expand capacity and services. You will be responsible for managing the contract and team, including assisting with billing and subconsultant management, maintaining internal and external communication tools, as well as being responsible for managingprojects and overseeing all phases of cultural resources work. Projectmanagement duties include successfully managing tasks and contracts in the cultural resources service line, oversight and preparation of work products, directing and participating in fieldwork, people management, and client engagement and retention. This is a minimum 40-hour per week position, and some 40+ weeks may be necessary based on project needs.
**How We Collaborate**
This role may offer a hybrid work setup, blending time in the office with remote work as business needs evolve. We enjoy coming together in person to collaborate, connect with teammates, and partner with clients, and may prioritize candidates who live within 50 miles of a Rincon office. Eligible office locations for this role include: _Carlsbad, Fresno, Los Angeles, Monterey, Oakland, Palm Springs, Riverside, Sacramento, San Luis Obispo, San Diego, San Jose, Santa Barbara, and Ventura -_ with a particular interest in candidates located in Northern California.
**What You'll Do**
+ Facilitate successful program management coordination of multiple projects with varied regulatory requirements, including Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA), the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), and utility-specific agreement documents such as Operations and Maintenance plans maintained with the USFS and BLM.
+ Manage utilities programs, client expectations, schedules, and budgets.
+ Maintain QAQC of various cultural resource work products that support CEQA and NEPA compliance for various agencies, as well as regulatory and permit compliance under agreement documents for various agencies.
+ Oversee and complete work products and fieldwork.
+ Prepare, oversee, and coordinate implementation of Health and Safety Plans.
+ Coordinate and lead project and contract meetings.
+ Coordinate with clients, agencies, interested communities, including local Native American groups, Rincon peers, subcontractors, and vendors.
+ Work in multidisciplinary teams for successful project execution including planners, biologists, and paleontologists.
+ Develop contract proposals, including costs and contract negotiations.
+ Participate in business planning and development.
+ Participate in Rincon's mentorship program including providing mentorship of junior staff and engaging in peer-to-peer mentorship and engagement with senior mentors.
+ Oversee subconsultants, including preparation of subconsultant work orders.
+ Other duties as required by Cultural Resources Principals and others.
**What You'll Bring**
+ Experience managing contracts, projects and teams that execute the work in support of cultural resources tasks for major utilities within the last 5 years.
+ Minimum of 6+ years of progressive and successful Cultural Resources environmental consulting experience in the above-mentioned technical and projectmanagement areas.
+ B.A., M.A., or Ph.D. degree in anthropology, archaeology, historical archaeology, or related field.
+ A thorough understanding of CEQA and NEPA as they relate to cultural resources and related fields, and Section 106 of the NHPA.
+ Strong technical writing and problem-solving skills.
+ Strong work ethic, demonstrated leadership ability, effective interpersonal and group communication skills, and ability to manage multiple projects, teams and staff.
+ Prior experience working in California and the Great Basin.
Nice To Have
+ PG&E experience including Salesforce and MS Office proficiency and Smartsheet awareness, required.
+ Qualifies as Bureau of Land Management Field Director and/or Principal Investigator.
+ Experience working under the direction of an environmental planner.
+ Experience/working relationships with local Native American groups.
+ Experience with historical built environment resources.
+ Experience working with solar developers and transportation projects.
**Investing In You**
The base salary range for this full-time position is $88,000-$126,000, plus a generous benefits program. Salary ranges are based on the market median of similar jobs, according to third-party salary benchmark surveys. Base pay is determined based on internal equity and a candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Job Description
AECOM Technical Services is currently looking for an experienced Program Management Director to join our team, leading on a complex program in Lima, Peru.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Lead and manage rail infrastructure program that is mega in size (multi-billion dollar), have high risk reward, are of high strategic value and/or have the highest level of execution complexity.

Qualifications
Minimum requirements:
BA/BS + 15 EXTENSIVE or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, in program management inclusive of at least 6 (six) years of recent experience in a Senior Leadership position ideally serving as program management oversight or similar role for leading a minimum of two large infrastructure projects or programs of $600 Million+
Specific professional experience leading ProjectManagement Offices (PMO) in the railway sector.
Verified professional experience from the date of graduation or issuance of professional license.
ProjectManager in managing at least two large rail infrastructure projects
High level of English and Spanish proficiency.
Confirmed participation in at least three (3) railway projects, serving as PMO Railway Director or PMO Railway Manager.

Master's Degree in a relevant discipline.
PMI-PgMP, APM-RPP or CMAA-CCM Certification (or equivalent) preferred

Optimize the deployment of specific cohorts of consulting resources to meet business needs while ensuring each staff member receives the right opportunities to support their BCG Career Development objectives and long‑term professional goals.
Optimize team design, billability, and achievement of business priorities through awareness of available skills, cases, leads/proposals, and office/firm goals; maintain a view of the staffing pipeline at macro and micro levels.
Build strong relationships with Consulting Team staff to understand development needs and staffing preferences; advise on staffing choices to balance business needs and personal preferences; communicate staffing decisions and related rationale; set and enforce staffing policies and expectations.
Maintain acute awareness of the business environment; openly communicate information regarding case opportunities.

Business Partner
Weigh staffing decisions with financial implications on local and regional revenue.
Partner closely with Finance to uphold fair and consistent application of case management and finance principles in staffing decisions.
Act as a business partner to case team leadership, helping them understand how staffing moves impact case team economics.
Manage office and individual billability via effective oversight of revenue recognition for the entire roster of consultants.
Career Development
Participate in all CDC meetings for relevant cohort(s), review inputs and outputs, provide market view of performance, and calibrate advisors.
Act as a strategic thought partner with CD Heads and CD Ops to drive the agenda; lead committee(s) on composition, training, and quality.
Communicate CDC outcomes to individuals; reinforce outcomes, provide advice, and guide conversations.
Reinforce CD messages in staffing and development discussions.

Additional Information
Total compensation includes base salary, discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market‑leading benefits package described below.
Base salary range: $140,000 - $173,000. Compensation varies by office location, experience, and skill set.
Discretionary bonus up to 20%; retirement contribution starts at 5% and increases to 10% after 2 years.
BCG covers full cost of medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and eligible family members; many benefits are zero‑cost.
