Assemble complex electronic hardware products including installation of electrostatic discharge (ESD) sensitive circuit card assemblies inside various enclosure and chassis types
Communicate regularly with engineering and management regarding problems impacting assembly
Create and update assembly instructions
What required background will make you successful?
Minimum 1 year of experience in a production environment building electro-mechanical assemblies using cable and wire harnesses, including soldering & crimping
Experience using digital multi-meters (DMM)
Ability to read schematics & drawings, follow technical assembly instructions, and interpret engineering blueprints
Basic computer skills such as emailing, record keeping, and data entry for ordering & inventory transactions
HS Diploma and Associates Degree (or equivalent 2 years of post-high school relevant work experience)
US Citizenship
Preferred skills:
3+ years of experience in a production environment building electro-mechanical assemblies using cable and wire harnesses, including soldering & crimping
Experience supporting continuous improvement projects to impact production safety, quality, delivery lead times, and/or cost

What are the primary responsibilities in the Linux Systems Administrator position?
As a Linux Systems Administrator at Rincon, you will be responsible for assisting in building, maintaining, and creating solutions that support the modernization and improvement of services and infrastructure. As a member of a team, you will work to develop techniques, create solutions, and build services that directly support company-wide efforts and continuity. Responsibilities will be will be, but not limited to:
Assist with deploying and managing Linux systems and services across multiple sites, leveraging automation and configuration management tools under team lead guidance.
Collaborate with senior administrators to support infrastructure projects and migrations-including upgrades, capacity improvements, and technology refreshes-with minimal disruption.

What are the primary responsibilities in the Electronics Test Technician position?
Tests, troubleshoots, repairs, maintains, and installs a wide variety of electronic, mechanical, computer, laboratory, and scientific systems and/or equipment.
Assists in the development of procedures.
Observes, analyzes, and reports test data; and when appropriate, makes necessary repairs to equipment.
Utilizes various engineering and scientific drawings, manuals, and other related documentation in the performance of their tasks. May include configuration/data management.

HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training)
Ability to work directly from approved procedures, schematics, and assembly drawings as well as wiring diagrams

Help select appropriate test equipment and configure it based on test specifications.

What are the primary responsibilities in the IT Systems Administrator position?
As a Service Delivery Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting employees and users of our IT systems. This includes areas such as the system administrators, hardware and software installation, troubleshooting, documentation, and desktop and application support. As an administrator, you will assist teammates and users in resolving problems in person, over the phone, e-mail and chat. What are the primary responsibilities in the IT Systems Administrator position?
As a Service Delivery Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting employees and users of our IT systems.
