Duties/Responsibilities:
Operate CPT, MIP, HPT, and UVOST systems.
Perform equipment setup, calibration, maintenance, and minor repairs.
Conduct pre-trip inspections and establish control zones.
Collect and monitor field data with accuracy and attention to detail.
Follow all company and site-specific safety policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Have a valid driver's license, Class A or B preferred.
Must be willing to travel extensively and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Ability to lift 30+ pounds throughout the day
Ability to pass a yearly physical and random drug/alcohol tests
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including working in a team environment.
Ability to perform physical labor, shoveling, drilling debris, and transporting materials using ergonomically correct lifting techniques
Requires ongoing repetitive motions (including but not limited to bending and twisting, and moving within confined space throughout the work day)
Ability to withstand long periods of standing (field work involves time on feet for work day except for breaks and lunch period)
Ability to work daily and weekly overtime doing physical labor (up to 12 hours per day)
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years environmental drilling experience with experience in MIP (Membrane Interface Probe) systems.
