Strong communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.
Preferred Skills:
Experience delivering HPC or AI/ML workloads at scale.

Role Overview
The Head of Construction will manage the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale data center development projects across multiple regions. This leader will oversee day-to-day project delivery from pre-development through commissioning, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to Colovore's quality and safety standards. This role requires experience delivering mission-critical facilities, strong cross-functional coordination skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
Construction Execution & Project Leadership
Oversee end-to-end delivery of data center projects, from site diligence through turnover to operations.

The Wireless Architect is the company's technical authority on all things wireless. EXPERIENCE:
Cellular Networks: Proficiency in Wireless WAN technologies (LTE, HSPA+, CBRS, 5G, & Private wireless).
Antenna Theory: Understanding of ground planes, gain, radiation patterns, diversity, and MIMO.
Strong knowledge of:
IP networking (TCP/IP, routing, switching, QoS, VLANs, BGP/OSPF, MPLS).
Telecom access technologies (LTE/5G, fixed wireless, fiber, Ethernet, xDSL, microwave, etc.).
Security technologies (VPNs, firewalls, IPSec, SSL/TLS).
