Pros of working at Ringling College of Art and Design
Benefits are great. Students are amazing.
Cons of working at Ringling College of Art and Design
Management doesn't support lower level employees. Majority of staff does not take students into consideration when making decisions. No accountability when "favorite" staff does something wrong. Absolutely no room for growth for existing employees. Passive aggressive practices from management. No communication for anything. Collaborating with most is impossible.
