Qualifications:

Detaining suspected violators of federal, state, or local laws and/or arresting violators using the proper law enforcement methods.
Enforcing laws and regulations relating to importing, exporting, and/or international shipping.
Utilizing intelligence techniques and behavior analysis to identify potential threats.
Conducting interviews in a law enforcement capacity.
Education Substitution: A master's (or higher) degree or an LL.B. or J.D. from an accredited college or university; OR
Combination of Experience and Education: A combination of specialized experience AND successfully completed graduate-level education.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Certification:
* Bachelor's degree required; preferred in Education, Educational Leadership or related field; social work, or counseling

* Support student completion of CCMR applications and financial aid requests:

* Serve as a point of contact and liaison for college recruiters.
* Support district programming to enhance career pathways and certification programs.
* Support the scheduling, registration, and administration of college entrance exams; analyze and distribute test results as appropriate.
* Coordinate and support students in preparation for college readiness exams such as PSAT, SAT, ACT, TSI, ASVAB and AP exams, including scheduling, registration, and test preparation.
* Collaborate with counselors, teachers, and campus staff to ensure proper course sequencing and placement for students in CCMR-related programs.
* Utilize campus data for corrective action leading to improvement, as well as for recognition of success.

* Disaggregate and interpret data in order to assist in developing appropriate next steps for campus improvement.

Financial Aid Supports
* Support student completion of financial aid requests:
* Develop and maintain accurate records of FAFSA/TASFA completion rates and scholarship applications at the campus and district levels, ensuring data is regularly updated and communicated to stakeholders
* Assist students in the interpretation and acceptance of financial aid packages for institutions of higher education.
* Provide workshops and one-on-one support for students and families to understand and complete financial aid forms, including guidance on interpreting financial aid award letters.
* Assist students in scholarship searches and applications.
* Collaborate with community organizations to offer additional financial aid resources and support.
Professional Learning Community (PLC's)
* Lead, implement and support Professional Learning Communities (PLC's) that create positive relationships amongst campus teams; identify trends, and develop action plans to address gaps in student outcomes.
* Ensure PLCs develop and improve educator, staff and team capacity.
* Design and deliver professional development sessions for campus staff on CCMR-related topics, including advising strategies, data analysis, and program implementation.
Culture & Climate
* Create and cultivate a culture of excellence, support, and community for all stakeholders.
* Develop and implement initiatives to foster a college-going and career-ready culture on campus by organizing events such as financial aid nights, college fairs, and military recruitment days.
* Plan and execute recognition events for CCMR-related student achievements, such as college acceptances, scholarships awarded, industry certifications earned, and military enlistments.
* Facilitate effective and timely resolution of conflicts.
* Identify, analyze, and apply research findings (e.g., effective school correlates) to promote school improvement and CCMR outcomes.

Personnel Management
* Serve as supervisor to person(s) completing practicum or internship through a college or University program (as assigned and as qualified for)

* Articulate the mission and purpose of CCMR outcomes to the community and solicit its support in realizing the mission.
* Educate parents about CCMR programs, pathways, opportunities and requirements.
* Develop and maintain partnerships with local colleges, universities, businesses, and military organizations to provide students with access to resources and opportunities.
* Perform casework service with parents to increase the parents' understanding of their constructive participation in resolving their child's academic problems and their knowledge and use of available and appropriate resources.
