The employee frequently is required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to walk and talk or hear. Must have successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment.CERTS: BLS certification required. Documents all care provided in the appropriate place in the patient record Removes peripheral, intravenous therapy lines and urethral tubes. Operates patient monitoring systems specific to unit needs (such as, cardiac, and fetal heart monitoring). Insures cleanliness of nutrition areas and general unit. Cleans and stores equipment. Empties trash, linen bags, and sharps containers. Stocks medical supplies, linens, and paper goods. Performs basic clerical duties such as answering phones, taking messages, filing, and copying. Organizes care in a manner that contributes to the overall quality of the team. Performs other functions as required.
