Responsibilities: * Esports Inventory Ownership: Lead the development and stewardship of Riot's centralized global esports inventory book. Define a clear taxonomy, maintain asset visibility across titles and events, and ensure alignment between partner packaging and strategic objectives. Collaborate with regional teams to scale the framework globally. * Digital Content Management: Partner with Broadcast, Creative, and Publishing to curate, manage, and distribute digital content assets across Riot's esports ecosystem. Build structured processes for tracking usage, approvals, and rights management to ensure consistency and high-quality delivery across digital and social channels. * Strategic Ownership: Drive the partner solutions roadmap across Riot's esports titles, aligning asset strategy, packaging, and go-to-market narratives with long-term brand and commercial goals. * Pitch Development & Sales Enablement: Develop high-impact pitch decks, sales toolkits, and case studies that articulate Riot's esports value proposition, showcase creative opportunities, and support new business and renewal conversations. Create scalable templates and storytelling frameworks that empower BD and Partner Management teams globally. * Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead coordination between Esports BD, Partner Management, Creative, Legal, and Broadcast to ensure flawless partner delivery and scalable operational execution. * Insights & ROI: Partner with research vendors (YouGov, Nielsen, etc.) to develop performance measurement frameworks that link digital content, asset utilization, and fan engagement to partner ROI. * Pipeline & Reporting: Oversee Salesforce-driven dashboards and reports tracking partnership health, inventory usage, and pipeline velocity-ensuring visibility into key business metrics and performance indicators. * Process Innovation: Build and refine internal documentation, approval flows, and asset management systems that streamline how global teams access and deploy esports assets. Required Qualifications: * 8+ years of experience in partner management, sponsorship strategy, strategic operations, or consulting-ideally in esports, sports, or entertainment. * Proven experience developing or managing asset management or content systems for brand or sponsorship portfolios. * Demonstrated excellence in building pitch decks, sales narratives, and executive presentations for internal and external stakeholders. * Exceptional communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills. * Advanced proficiency with CRM and inventory management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Airtable, Sponsorship Inventory). * Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize insights into actionable business strategies. * Deep understanding of the esports ecosystem, event operations, and sponsorship models. * Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross-functional initiatives across global teams. You'll collaborate with researchers on League game insights as well as within pubsports and central teams, reporting to a League Pubsports Insights lead.
