ROLE: As a Principal Mobile Product Publishing Lead, TFT you will be an integral part of the Games Publishing team. You will partner closely with the Teamfight Tactics Publishing Senior Director, Product Management, and other leaders across games, publishing, entertainment, and esports to drive holistic strategic planning and lead cross-disciplinary teams to arrive at shared outcomes. You will integrate with the product teams and create scalable solutions for multiple tech stacks. You must be comfortable operating in ambiguous and nuanced spaces, driving clarity, and moving with a focused sense of urgency. You need to be a strategist, builder, and-most of all-a collaborator. Responsibilities: * Partner with the Game Team and Publishing to build a marketing strategy and holistic player and business outcomes for Teamfight Tactics Franchise's mobile products. * Support holistic publishing vision for mobile products in alignment with game's vision * Support implementation of the long-term product roadmap, aligning with both short-term business goals and long-term growth strategy. * Partner with brand leaders on games to ensure player experiences and marketing plans that deeply resonate with core audiences and build on the around-game experience * Partner closely with publishing and game leadership when designing and building the mobile publishing plans * Support visioning and planning exercises for the mobile player journey and experience planning for the game * Support teams on execution of cross-Riot programs in support of the game Required Qualifications: * 7+ years of product management experience in mobile games, with at least 3 years working on live-service games * 5+ years of experience connecting with or building strategies for competitive gaming audiences * Intimate knowledge of the global mobile games landscape, current competition, innovations and trends, ever-evolving player expectations and how they impact our business * Strong understanding of mobile game monetization, user acquisition, and retention strategies. * Well-versed in working with cross-disciplinary, global matrixed teams and able to influence stakeholders at all levels * Experience leading or partnering with leaders on foundational strategic initiatives such as market/player definition, product positioning, and go-to-market planning * Experience across PC, mobile, and console platforms Desired Qualifications: * Experience working directly with PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Apple App Store, or Google Play * Familiarity with regional differences in mobile/console partner programs * Analytical fluency and comfort with performance data, business case modeling, and partner ROI * Background in gaming, digital media, or platform strategy * Gamer/Gaming Enthusiast For this role, you'll find success through craft expertise, a collaborative spirit, and decision-making that prioritizes the delight of players.
