    League Studio is the group within Riot Games that creates League of Legends, Wild Rift, Teamfight Tactics, and Legends of Runeterra, along with other titles currently in development. Within League Studio, the Tech Foundations organization supports the ambitions of these games by building products that advance the League game platform and act as catalysts for innovation and efficiency across the Studio. As a Technical Product Manager II (TPM) at Riot, you will combine technical knowledge with product leadership to provide players and game developers with essential features and supporting systems. As a TPM on the Tech Foundation's Build Test Ship Team, you will lead product strategy and roadmap for the developer experiences that power LOL and TFT. You will partner with engineering and production leaders across Riot to guide the product lifecycle from start to finish. You will define product requirements using your deep knowledge of the customer problem ensuring there is a clear value proposition and definition of success. You will report to the Sr. Manager of Technical Product Management. Responsibilities: * Own a product space that provides internal development environments and tools that enable League Studio engineers to successfully build, integrate, and playtest their products. * Manage essential customer and partner relationships that support your product space - including game teams and central platform teams. * Actively manage project scope as a result of customer and partner communications and ensure the product development is aligned with objectives. * Develop and uphold service-level objectives and agreements for your product space, in collaboration all core customers and supporting organizations. * Partnering with the other Build Test Ship team leads, foster a high velocity, high performance development tooling organization. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent. experience with strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills. * Minimum of 3+ years of technical product management or product related experience * Minimum of 5+ years of experience on a software development team. * Proven ability to navigate resource constraints and deliver cost optimized, pragmatic solutions that meet customer needs. * Proven collaboration skills that span multiple teams, departments, and disciplines to create solutions. * Experience in product requirements, prioritization frameworks, and guiding investment strategies in people and systems. * Experience in driving customer adoption and acceptance for products in development Desired Qualifications: * Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience. * Experience in products/platforms that power developer and QA experiences. * Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, MS Azure * Experience with SRE, DevOps, CI/CD tools and frameworks. * Familiarity with Agile and Lean development processes and practices. You will be responsible for driving the product marketing for a range of cloud security products and data security capabilities that help organizations meet data privacy, security, and compliance standards. This means making cloud security products and solution value propositions real through the creation of product narratives, technology showcases and direct experiences, and working to scale our messages and technical content through a range of different channels. You will work with a cross-functional team across sales, product management, corporate communications, engineering and more. In this role, you will be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end. We also want to understand how ecosystem elements keep players attached to the League brand even when they aren't actively playing and what it would take to bring new players into the ecosystem. This role will conduct research using custom and survey methods to help inform data-driven strategies for improving player experiences.
