KEY AREAS OF FOCUS:
Primary Responsibility - Event Planning & Execution (50%)
Support the Donor Experiences team in all phases of event planning and execution by:
Attending planning meetings, as appropriate, to gain insight into the event planning process.
Assisting with event logistics, including registration, set-up, on-site support, and tear-down, to gain hands-on experience with events from start to finish.
Supporting event data management by helping with pre- and post-event documentation in the Linvio Events module.
Primary Responsibility - Administrative & Operational Support (50%)
Provide administrative support to help ensure the smooth operation of the Donor Experiences team by:
Maintaining an accurate, up-to-date inventory of event materials and supplies.
Preparing address labels, mailings, and name tags for events and communications.
Assisting with ticket packaging, distribution and related event mailings.
Responding to phone calls and emails promptly to provide excellent service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
