About the job OSINT Language Enabled Analyst Mid MANDATORY TOP SECRET / SCI Security Clearance IS FOR IMMEDIATE FILL This position is in support of Marine Corps Intelligence Activity (MCIA), Intelligence (S2), Operations (S3) and Counterintelligence & Human Intelligence (CI HUMINT) Directorates and sets forth the requirements to provide the United States Marine Corps (USMC) with the Department of Defenses (DoD) best trained General Military Intelligence (GMI) professionals. This task order covers the work required to provide stakeholders Intelligence Analytical support for all Intelligence factions.
The analyst shall:
Conduct OSINT activities in response to Government Request for Information (RFI) or tasking by the OIC including working with the Government to clarify and refine the RFI, collecting, exploiting, and analyzing-online open-source information, and preparing a report in the format required by the task, with minimal supervision using commercial internet, NIPRNet, SIPRNet and SCINet systems and tools.
Populate and maintain databases in support of and in conjunction with Data Analysts and Data Scientists.
Document types and structure of open-source data, analyze and mine data to identify patterns and correlations, map and trace data from system to system or source to source, design and create data reports.
Assist the OSINT Team in using and evaluating available Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) tools.
Employ COTS tools to aggregate, structure, visualize, and assess available open-source information; infer and assess the relevance, veracity, and credibility of the information and its source.
Employ managed attribution (MA) software and associated online tradecraft while executing OSINT collection activities; demonstrate an understanding of the limitations of MA tools.
Develop innovative ways to combine data from different tools to provide analytical results that are of greater value and relevance to Operational Forces.
Train and mentor Marines in OSINT tradecraft and best practices, including the ability to administer MCIAs Expeditionary OSINT Course.
Identify, develop, and formalize new OSINT tradecraft and other SOPs to meet mission requirement.
Three mid-level language enabled analysts shall leverage language skills and cultural/area knowledge in support of OSINT activities. The government will specify which languages will be required. They could include Mandarin, and Russian, with a DLPT score of 3/3 or better (DLPT score no older than 5 years upon hire date).
Develops open-source research strategies to support specific information gaps.
Manually search for, exploit and analyze a variety of online open sources to include media, social media, academic literature, videos, maps etc. in target language to augment information acquired through other sources and/or to fill information gaps.
Use various tools and methods to determine authenticity and currency of information acquired from the Internet.
Create reports using Word and PowerPoint to convey research findings; generate Open-Source Intelligence Reports (OSIRs).
Verbally brief findings and research methods to various consumers.
Use language skills to conduct searches and translate foreign articles, journals, and other forms of media into English.
Participate in meetings, conferences, and exercises.
Produce and deliver written reports, intelligence assessments and briefings to support consumers at the tactical, operational, and strategic level as assigned. Written products will meet Intelligence Community Standards (e.g., ICD 203, 206, 208), DoD NIC OSINT standards and MCIA standards and adhere to MCIA production and review processes.

Intern Position Summary
The Enterprise Risk Management Intern will work with the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team. The ERM initiative at CSBS was formed to empower the organization with a proactive approach to managing risks and enhancing resilience. The ERM team works across business units to identify, assess, respond, monitor and manage risks while fostering a culture of risk awareness and accountability.
As an ERM intern, you will play a critical role in advancing the development of the ERM program. You will gain valuable experience in building an ERM framework, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to organizational success through strategic risk management.
Essential Functions
Assist with ERM program development tasks such as risk registers, project plans and dashboards.
Support the development of ERM reports, presentations, and dashboards.
Research emerging risks and industry trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and synthesize information on risk-related activities.
Assist in developing, maintaining, and enhancing the ERM intranet site, ensuring it is updated with relevant resources and tools.
Participate in ERM-related meetings, prepare meeting materials, take notes, and track follow-up actions.
Draft and edit policy documents, guidelines, and templates to support the organization's risk management framework.
Education and Experience
Currently pursuing a degree in risk management, business, management, public administration, or a related field.
Experience in project management or writing business analysis.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge of risk management, organizational management, or business analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
Experience with Microsoft Project or Planner is a plus.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
A proactive attitude toward teamwork and learning.
Requirements
Due to the nature of CSBS's business in support of state financial services supervision, all CSBS employees have the potential of interacting with confidential information related to the supervision of financial services companies (“Confidential Supervisory Information”). As a result, in addition to general business conflicts of interest, all CSBS employees are expected to disclose conflicts of interest in financial services companies on at least an annual basis and to proactively avoid such conflicts.
Protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of CSBS information and information systems in accordance with CSBS policies and procedures.
