The position will report to the Project Controls Manager. \#LI-ML1 # Major Responsibilities: + Implement an effective and integrated system of risk management strategy: plan, processes, procedures, work instructions, etc. in line with international best practices and standards. + Maintain Risk and Opportunities statistics, monitor and report on Risk Management system effectiveness at both Project and Program level. + Support and monitor the implementation of the Risk function across Projects. + Facilitate and support risk and opportunity workshops across the projects + Facilitate risk workshops and advise on schedule/cost risk analysis. + Consolidate risks from Project level to Program level for overall review & reporting. + Report Risk Metrics and graphical displays including dashboards to Project Management. + Ability to work with limited supervision to meet multiple deadlines # Education and Experience Requirements: + Requires Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10-13 years of relevant experience or 14-17 years of relevant work experience . + Experience in Qualitative Risk and ability to perform Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA) + Experience facilitating risk workshops, risk reviews/ sessions. + Experience and knowledge of all discipline's risks during all Project stages from feasibility till handover e.g. procurement/contractual, QHSE, reputational Risks, etc. + Previous experience with software for risk management/analysis programs such as SAFRAN, ARM and @ Risk software **Preferred:** + Master's degree in engineering, Construction or Management (preferred) bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction or Management (minimum) + Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in engineering and construction with minimum 5 years direct responsibility for management. # Required Knowledge and Skills: + Excellent communication skills with multiple levels of Management # Total Rewards/Benefits: For decades, Bechtel has worked to inspire the next generation of employees and beyond!
