The Identity Governance Analyst I will follow the Identity Access Management (IAM) program. This position assists the Management, Identity Governance, and IAM teams with the ongoing implementation of the IAM program. Also assists in adherence to IT General Controls and SOX compliance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Conducts periodic user access reviews.
* Conducts secondary reviews of periodic manual user access reviews.
* Ensures all necessary evidence and documentation is retained and maintained for future audits.
* Ensures standard processes for the identity lifecycle, including hire, transfer, and termination processes are documented and followed correctly.
* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, including but not limited to reading professional publications, building and maintaining professional networks, and participating in professional organizations as appropriate.
* Follows First Interstate Bank's (FIB) organizational values.
* Protects the FIB organization by keeping information confidential and secure.
* Coordinates with application owners to ensure in-scope applications have appropriate documentation regarding user roles, descriptions, and any segregation-of-duties issues defined.

Target Salary Range
$86,000 - $138,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position.
