+ The Security Risk Analyst is responsible for assisting with the implementation and monitoring of Entergy's vendor security risk management processes within the Chief Security Office (CSO).

Serve as a mentor in the guiding of military and civilian planners on the employment of appropriate assessment analysis techniques during all phases of the planning and execution of MARFORSOUTH OAIs. This includes developing and defining indicators, measures of performance, and measures of effectiveness for each OAI.
Remain engaged throughout the planning and execution cycle to ensure assessment requirements are executed as planned and that the assessment strategy remains flexible to real-world changes.
Serve as the liaison between MARFORSOUTH and the Marine Corps Center for Lessons Learned to ensure that requirements found in MCO 3504.1A are fulfilled.
Be responsible for the development of MARFORSOUTH assessment policies, directives, and standard operating procedures.
Chair the MARFORSOUTH Assessments Working Group in accordance with the standing battle rhythm.
Prepare reports and maintain records of work accomplishments and administrative information, as required, and coordinate the preparation, presentation, and communication of work-related information to the supervisor such as:
Monthly Status Report: Status reports shall include summarizations of work accomplished, costs, labor hours, and travel and provide a risk assessment of upcoming efforts and planned mitigation
Project Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms): Covers all areas from initial planning until Fully Operational Capable with major milestones and survey periods.
In-Progress Reviews: Accurate depiction of the status of specific project and any known risks to timeline with mitigation strategies.
Information Papers, Briefs and Presentations: Relevant to the topic and prepared for the level of attendee for the presentation.
Other reports and updates as may be required by MARFORSOUTH G-5 leadership.

WHAT YOU'LL DO The Financial Analyst will review transactions in the accounting system for accuracy and
prepare, review, and maintain budget and financial reporting for all sectors of the organization.
The position is a network based position and reports to the Chief Financial Officer.
Financial Analyst Responsibilities
Review account coding to ensure coding and allocations are correct and make adjustments when necessary
Conduct fiscal allocations to departmental and school budgets
Maintain multi-level budgets, including departmental budgets, school-level budgets, and organizational budgets
Maintains ongoing collaboration with budget managers to continuously meet their analytical support needs
Assist in projecting future financial needs, taking into consideration the various projects undertaken by ReNEW
Prepare comparative analysis of operating programs by analyzing costs in relation to services performed during previous fiscal years and recommend amendments to budgets as warranted
Perform account reconciliations and prepare general ledger journal entries
Perform payroll-related allocations to general ledger accounts on a regular basis and prepare or correct journal entries as needed
Supports and analyzes the monthly financial closing for the division
Assist CFO in preparation of internal and external financial reporting
Conduct special analysis (as needed or requested) to make recommendations for specific actions and report any unusual financial activity to CFO
Perform related duties and responsibilities as required
WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or related field) with at least 3 years of related financial experience (experience may be substituted for a degree in a field outside of accounting or finance)
Understanding of accounting principles and the ability to read and interpret financial statements
Experience or knowledge of not-for-profit and governmental accounting
Experience working with general ledger accounts
Advanced computer software skills, including, but not limited to MS Office Programs and Google Suite
Strong written and verbal communication skills are required
Customer-service oriented and amicable personality
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with the Louisiana Accounting and Uniform Governmental Handbook (LAUGH)
Experience working in a charter school or public school setting

About This Role
We believe people should love what they do - in this role, you will be responsible for providing program support and work closely with Program Managers and Sr. Program Managers. This position can be a feeder into the Program Manager career track or other areas such as Finance, Contracts, Business Development, etc.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain program schedules with guidance from the Principal/Manager, Program Planning & Scheduling.
Serve as a cross-departmental and cross-organizational conduit for information, job tasks, and material flow.
Develop, update, and maintain schedule performance metrics, related processes, and management tools within the business units, including, but not limited to, critical path analysis and schedule risk assessment.
Support program managers with coordinating activities of various internal departments to ensure project goals for cost, schedule and scope are maintained.
Perform Control Account Manager duties on schedule and cost performance, forecasts, and risks.
Identifies, negotiates, and resolves conflicts between the stakeholders during execution of the program, including Procurement, Integrated Supply Chain, and the Customer.
Participates in and supports preparation of customer and internal reviews and prepares CAMs for schedule surveillance/audits.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a business, engineering, or any related field
2 years of relevant experience
Strong oral and written communication skills

Job Summary:
We are looking for an analytical, detail oriented professional to join our team as a Compensation and Equity Analyst. This role, reporting to the Director of Analytics and Compensation, will help us manage our equity programs, support compensation analysis, and produce detailed financial reports to ensure our pay programs run smoothly. We need a strong communicator who is comfortable working across teams and answering employee questions. In addition to processing time-sensitive transactions and ensuring information flows smoothly between our equity and payroll platforms, this individual will work with executives, employees, and our board of directors to provide a world class customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Issues equity awards, manages key data and insider trading policies, communicates with brokers, processes quarterly dividends, supports SEC filings.
Prepares detailed financial reports for external agencies, our executive team, the board of directors, and others.
Processes and settle grants, exercises, distributions, and cancellations quickly and accurately.
Prepares and delivers communications & training to employees.
Monitors and facilitates data transfers between E*TRADE and Workday.
Performs regular audits of recorded information.
Supports public filings and disclosures.
Supports the Finance team for Section 16 insider reporting and reviews filings for accuracy.
Participates in salary benchmarking surveys for employees at different levels in the company.
Maintains mandatory documentation.
Recommends new programs, processes, and procedures to improve our process and employee experience.
Handles special analysis work & other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is a must! Must be able to work with basic formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs.
Three plus years of work experience in a detail-focused, fast paced public company.
Experience with a Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) such as Workday and/or experience with equity software preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical mindset. Able to analyze data and make logical conclusions.
Ability to operate with discretion and confidentiality as well as exercise good judgment and integrity in day-to-day decisions.
Ability to manage competing priorities, adhere to tight deadlines, and build/improve processes.
Certified Equity Professional (CEP) or related certification preferred.
Bachelor's degree in finance, business or a related discipline from an accredited college or university.
