Contracts Pricing Analyst
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Contracts Pricing Analyst to join their team! This individual will play a key role in developing, analyzing, and tracking pricing strategies to support a variety of federal government contracts. They will have the opportunity to work on a range of projects, developing price and cost proposals, supporting contract administration duties, and providing detailed pricing analysis reports. Responsibilities:
• Create pricing strategies that incorporate labor, parts, and all recurring project costs
• Prepare detailed price and cost proposals based on solicitation and bid package analysis
• Produce and maintain pricing trend reports and analysis
• Support cost-related contract administration duties, such as invoicing, ROMs, and contract modifications
• Assist in accounts receivable collection activities
• Ensure assigned schedules and deadlines are consistently met
• Follow established processes and deliver all assigned products and deliverables
Required Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business and at least 3 years of related experience OR a high school diploma and at least 5 years of related experience
• Experience working with various U.S. Government contract types such as FFP, T&M, FPIF, CPFF, IDIQ, and MATOC
• Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR), and Code of Federal Regulations (CFR)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
• Experience developing pricing models and price/cost proposals for both services and commodities
• Background working with federal contract types, including GSA schedules

**Job Description**
Responsible for the support, development, interpretation, coordination, and administration of the corporation's policies relative to property and casualty insurance, self-insurance, captive insurance and risk management. The principal objective is to have effective management of risks (property and casualty losses to which the corporation is exposed) through supervision and coordination of loss prevention, asset protection, insurance, and claims control. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Maintain awareness and knowledge of risk conditions prevailing in all elements of the corporation, analyze new or potential risk situations and recommend appropriate courses of action.
+ Coordinate property and casualty insurance claims control function at all locations.
+ Continuous review of existing safety, environmental, loss prevention, employment and security programs as related to the management of risk or accidental loss.
+ Maintain historical record of all losses, insured and uninsured, including recoveries and reserves set by insurance companies.
+ Review leases, contracts, sales and finance agreements, and ascertain compliance with appropriate insurance requirements.
+ Coordinate risk control activities and monitor compliance for:

+ Coordinate the reporting of property and cargo claims to insurers or against third parties and process such claims.

Reporting to the VP of Enterprise Risk Management, the ERM Manager will be responsible to lead the ERM team in the execution of routine program responsibilities as well as navigating any warranted changes to the program. The ERM program provides a framework to ensure the Bank maintains safe and sound business practices in alignment with regulatory expectations. In this capacity, this role will coordinate with various members of Management and various members within the second line of defense to promote effective risk management.
RESPONSIBILITES
This is a new role that will oversee a small team of risk analysts. Although role responsibilities will vary year over year based on departmental needs, they will include:
Development and/or maintenance or programs, standards, policies and related procedures,
Oversight of the Bank's identified categories of risk,
Routine assessment and report of the Bank's risk profile,
Independent identification, monitoring and/or review of key risk metrics which inform the risk profile of the institution,
Identify any gaps or risks in the processes executed within the role and help formulate the approach to addressing them
Ensuring adequate documentation and reporting of program activities,
Staying informed of current industry practice for risk management for similar sized institutions,
Producing committee meeting materials and reports, and
As warranted, coordination with various risk team managers to align program expectations and activities,
Other duties as assigned as needed to support the Enterprise Risk Management department.

QUALIFICATIONS
An ERM Manager requires experience in team leadership and oversight. A solid understanding of auditing competencies including process walkthroughs, independent review and documentation of controls. A successful candidate will be able to read and interpret financial reports and understand the importance of funding and investment activities of a traditional bank. Candidate should also be able to develop and train staff to perform adequate test/review programs to evaluate control effectiveness. Previous experience as third-party consultant and/or Auditor preferred.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ related work experience, previous experience as third-party consultant and/or Auditor preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
