Identify moderate complexity engineering and/or administrative controls to reduce property & casualty loss potential. Develop ability to use analyze loss data to identify key trends and prioritize policyholder service needs. Develop risk management service plans and performs ongoing consultation to assigned service accounts. Develop and submit recommendations that reduce policyholder property and liability exposures. Influence policyholders to implement risk management recommendations. Build and maintain productive policyholder and agency work relationships. Prepare effective reports for policyholders and internal partners. Conduct effective investigation of small to medium sized property and casualty related incidents and losses.
