The Role
We're looking for a Senior RiskManager to support and contribute to the ongoing design and implementation and day-to-day management of our enterprise riskmanagement framework, with a particular focus on Operational risks, and with Financial riskmanagement as an additional secondary area of focus. Qualifications
* You have worked in the financial services / banking / fintech sector. You have a keen interest and proven experience in payment services, and operational controls and reporting.
* Working knowledge of the OCC regulatory regime, US payment rails ACH, Fed Wire, RTP, Fed Now is a definite plus.
* You are comfortable with data analysis and data-driven problem solving and solutionising. SQL, Looker and Superset experience is a definite plus.

The Role
We're looking for a Senior RiskManager to support and contribute to the ongoing design and implementation and day-to-day management of our enterprise riskmanagement framework, with a particular focus on Operational risks, and with Financial riskmanagement as an additional secondary area of focus. Ongoing oversight of issue remediation activities using our riskmanagement tool (Audit Board) to ensure appropriate risk focused prioritisation, and help validate closure of remediated issues.
Conduct in-depth reviews, risk assessments and control mapping across our most material risks, and help design scalable control monitoring programs.
Supporting the development and implementation of risk policies, procedures, key risk indicators, and risk appetite statements

Qualifications

* Experience of effective risk leadership on complex construction projects.
* Experience of setting up effective riskmanagement/assurance frameworks/strategies.
* Comprehensive knowledge of risk tools, techniques and software (e.g., Active RiskManager, risk Hive, @risk, Primavera Risk Analyser).
* Ability to manage activities with significant uncertainty of solution or outcome.
* Good understanding of construction projects, decencies and interfaces within the project lifecycle.
* Deep domain knowledge of providing risk leadership in one or more sectors (e.g. rail, highways, construction, nuclear, public sector, hospitals).
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to form effective working relationships.
* Ability to collaborate with and influence others.
* Proven ability to articulate complex information and ideas for a non-technical audience.
* Ability to work in a highly pressurised environment, managing multiple priorities.
* Manages, influences and negotiates with senior stakeholders.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to 'deep dive' into topics.

Job Description
* Reviews and analyzes facility occurrence reports to identify clinical risk issues. Facilitates the investigation and follow-up on events with the appropriate Directors/VP's.
* Analyzes occurrence data for frequency and severity of events. Identifies trends necessitating intervention and works with Directors/VP's in planning and implementing actions to address identified issues. Tracks and reports to the FDA, and other entities, any medical device related events according to the requirements of the Safe Medical Device Act.
* Initiates Probable Claims Report (PCR) as appropriate. Investigates, utilizing record review, interviews and other methods in order to provide adequate information for the report.
* Facilitates the investigation and resolution of patient complaints and grievances. Initiates and/or reviews correspondence to patient/family following established timelines.
* Facilitates the implementation and completion of the elements of the annual HCA Risk Reduction Program. Communicates the results of the quarterly Risk Metrics results to managers/VP's and Senior Leaders. Facilitates development and communication of appropriate action plans for identified outliers.
* Serves as a consultant and resource regarding medical/legal issues. Provides department-specific and facility-wide education based upon identified needs.
Qualifications
Education:
Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing required, Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
Experience:
5 years experience in health care management, preferred.
Employee completes initial and ongoing training and competencies as defined by service
line, facility and department/unit which are specific to the needs of the patient population served (if applicable).
Preferred:
3 years quality/riskmanagement experience
Minimum License, Certificates, or Registrations Required:
Required:
License to practice professional Registered Nursing in the state of Texas
Preferred:
ASHRM certification
