Lead the monthly forecast, annual budget, and long-range planning process in collaboration with business leaders. Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and analyses, including KPIs, and provide financial guidance on channel performance. Monitor KPIs such as conversion rates, traffic, paid media effectiveness, and ROI. Review forecast and expense trends and analyze variances between actuals and forecasts; deliver actionable insights to improve performance. Partner with data analytics and BI teams to enhance reporting capabilities. Develop dashboards and executive-ready presentations to communicate trends, risks, and opportunities. Proactively identify and execute on areas where process improvement is needed; streamline and reengineer reporting and processes to maximize efficiency. Identifying, scoping and delivering on special projects and ad-hoc requests.
