Position Summary:
The primary responsibility for the Branch Manager is to lead a commercial pest control branch in a direction consistent with the Sprague mission, culture, and business plan. The Branch Manager will be responsible for training staff to consistently and passionately deliver uncompromising service to all clients. This position requires a passion for leading people and processes to achieve budget goals, drive sales performance, and ensure compliance in the field. Job Requirements:

JOB SUMMARY
This role is embedded within the Project Controls and Financial Office and plays a critical part in managing risk across procurement, estimation, planning, and construction activities. The Risk Manager will lead risk oversight for multiple initiatives, support enterprise-level risk integration, and collaborate closely with engineering, estimating, and procurement teams to ensure strategic alignment and proactive risk mitigation.

Lead development and maintenance of cost and schedule risk models.
Manage and update the Authority's risk register, ensuring alignment between project-level and program-level risks.

Prepare quarterly risk management reports and maintain the Program Risk Management Plan.
Participate in procurement workshops and integrate risk perspectives into ongoing procurement strategies.
Collaborate with estimating and planning teams to ensure risk-informed decision-making.
Support risk analysis during estimation, Project Update Report development, and business planning phases.
Engage in engineering scoping and procurement actions from estimate development through award.
Contribute to the development of the Enterprise Risk Register and roll-up of risks to the program level.
Monitor and support risk management across Central Valley contracts and other projects within the program.
Identify and address gaps in risk coverage during transitions from estimating to execution.
Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across the Project Controls Office, including Change Management, Performance Management, Scheduling, Cost, Reporting, Estimating, Document Control, Forensic & Claims, Rail Material Procurement, and Regional Project Controls.
Provide strategic guidance and practical tools to project teams to support the implementation of effective risk management practices.
Actively represent the risk function in cross-functional meetings, workshops, and procurement planning sessions to ensure risks are proactively identified, assessed, and integrated into decision-making processes.

**What Is the Opportunity?**
Develops and oversees delivery of Risk Control services to assigned accounts country-wide.
