* Direct activities related to towing operations and on-time performance goals.
* Manage tow truck resources and assign work in an efficient manner and optimize tower productivity.
* Plan future day resource requirements and coordinate with towers to line up required truck resources.
* Identify when demand exceeds tow truck capacity & refer to part-time networks for additional resources.
* Monitor transportation costs and identify opportunities for cost savings.
* Recruit new towers to build towing networks with added resources.
* Provide necessary documentation to drivers for each pickup and delivery, including check and cash handling as needed.
* Monitor work-in-progress & make necessary adjustments to ensure timely performance.
* Identify and escalate issues or concerns related to transportation activities to management.
* Form a fundamental relationship with the IAA Transportation team.
* Establish and maintain good, positive working relationships with all tow drivers.
* Review and analyze reports on transportation activity, including Time Performance metrics.

Partnering and educating key stakeholders on incoterms, harmonized tariff codes and product classifications to minimize customs duties levied on Ariat products.

About You
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, International Trade, International Business or a related field
7+ years specialized experience in Global Trade Compliance (Import, Export or both), preferably within the apparel and footwear industry
5+ years Customs Brokerage experience.
U.S. Customs Broker License (or desire to obtain) and/or similar professional trade certification (preferred)
Experience with CTPAT, FTZ, bonded warehouse and CITES requirements and transactions (preferred)
Demonstrated knowledge of trade regulations including HTS classification
Maintain the highest ethical standards, even when challenged by Senior Leaders

As a Warehouse Janitorial Site Supervisor, the following duties and responsibilities will be a part of this opportunity but are not limited to them:
Ability to lead a team in a complex task oriented janitorial operation environment.
Provides direct support to the Maintenance Operations Center Team and KBS Field Operations Team by responding efficiently, timely and accurately to all escalations.
Cleans rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairways, breakrooms, and other working areas as needed.
Follows Janitorial Supervisor Task Process Flowchart
Familiar with supporting callouts by directly working or splitting up shifts amongst the team and shift lead by successfully covering operations daily schedules.

Requirements:
1+ years in a Lead/Supervisory role
