The Shamrock Students Professional Internship Program is an 11-week program focused on hands-on training in a variety of opportunities throughout the Shamrock Foods Company enterprise. As a Shamrock Student, you will be a part of a cohort of interns focused on real projects that impact the business. In addition to the work, you will do to support your department, you'll get to know your fellow interns through a variety of collaborative projects and events.
Essential Duties:
* Provide support for the transportation department in an accurate and timely manner.
* Learn and support the day-to-day operations of the Transportation Supervisor, gaining exposure to routing, compliance, scheduling, and operational decision-making.
* Analyze, document, and assist in improving the driver check-in process to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and driver experience.
* Collaborate with Fleet and Transportation teams to develop and coordinate a Safety Blitz schedule, supporting safety initiatives and compliance efforts.
* Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
* 1+ year(s) educational experience and currently pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university with a focus on Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related studies

Responsibilities
Project Task:
* The intern will conduct approximately 100 Head Component Tests (HCT), following established procedures and documenting results to evaluate variability and repeatability. They will support vibration testing by reviewing test data and validating correlations against simulation work. The intern will also help formalize Panasonic's internal Ball Impact, 3-Point Bend, and HCT processes to enable future in-house testing capability.
* The student will gain hands-on experience with physical testing, data collection, and test-to-simulation correlation in a real engineering environment. This internship provides direct exposure to verification methodology, mechanical behavior, and certification-level test processes used across the aerospace industry.
Qualifications
* Preferred candidates are junior/senior undergraduates or master's students in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Materials Science.
* Relevant coursework includes mechanics of materials, vibrations, finite element analysis, experimental methods, and statistics. Skills in Ansys Mechanical or LS-Dyna, basic programming for data analysis (Python, MATLAB), and strong hands-on lab capability are highly desirable.

Position DescriptionThe 2026 Collections Internship focuses on centralizing access to documentation about promised gifts of art to the museum. Promised gifts are an important instrument in enhancing areas of strength and filling gaps in the museum's art collection. Centralizing access to promised gift documentation allows information to be easily and successfully applied by staff in developing and caring for the museum's art collection. The Collections Intern will work directly with the Head of Collections on the project and will engage with staff in departments of Registration, Archives and Art Resources, Administration, Curatorial, Legal, and Philanthropy throughout the project. The Intern will have an impactful role in creating easy and reliable access to documentation that is needed in developing the art collection and furthering great relationships with museum donors.

Department DescriptionThe Elise S. Haas Conservation Department is charged with the preservation, conservation, research, and display of modern and contemporary artworks, and in the exploration and documentation of artists' practice. Eight staff members (conservator, director, and preparator) work collaboratively in a shared studio space for five conservation disciplines (electronic media, objects, paintings, paper, and photography). The art of our time necessitates new models of care for preservation and access, and SFMOMA conservators work collaboratively both intra- and inter-departmentally to address new challenges presented in unorthodox materials and emerging art-making methods. The scope of work encompasses activities across the preservation space to include treatment of art objects, documentation, exhibition installation, storage/ packing and transportation of artworks, environmental control, tracking acquisitions and outward loans, policy writing, and holistic care for the collection. The department cares for the Artist Materials Collection, representing the physical manifestations of artists' practices and is displayed and housed on the in the center of the Conservation studio.
Position DescriptionThe Conservation Documentation Intern will assist the conservation team in developing a cohesive practice for capturing critical information about an artwork's lifecycle, from accession and conservation to installation, within a museum environment. This internship focuses primarily on documentation, archiving, and digitization.
It will not offer hands-on treatment training and is not designed as a pre-program position. The intern will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity and accessibility of essential records.
