Nothing!
Being called into work all the time, when someone call in sick-or no show or simply not enough employee’s. So you’re called in all the time. Always work nights and week ends. Store managers don’t want to work nights and week ends, so they schedule supervisors and assistants. It’s relentless, a life time of on call- nights- weekends. No sense of fair play. And not even a living wage.

Corporate Rite Aid is a callous and uncaring bunch of people that have no idea what it is like to work in an actual store. The company doesn't care about its employees in the slightest, often offering better discounts to customers.
Easy physically, but not easy mentally to work for such terrible people.
What I liked most about working at Rite-Aid, was the multiple tasks that had to be done every day, fast-paced, friendly environment.
The C.B.T.'s (computer based training), would be the part I don't like at all about working there.
My favorite perk/benefit of working for Rite-Aid would be the reoccurrence and satisfaction of receiving a paycheck.
