    About the role We are seeking a highly motivated Revenue and Inventory Accountant who is excited to join a high growth Company. This person will directly report to the Controller and closely work with the other members of the accounting team. The candidate will be responsible to perform revenue close accounting activities; Inventory activities including reconciliations and improve on the month-end close process. What you'll do Prepare monthly journal entries for revenue and related trade to ensure the appropriate revenue and cost treatments Monitor revenue entries across DTC, Amazon SC, TikTok, and Retail channels for accuracy and compliance with both US GAAP and company policies Reconcile revenue accounts, AR adjustment accounts, deferred revenue balances, and other revenue accounts on a monthly basis Support the monthly financial close process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and detailed review of operating results Oversee all aspects of inventory accounting, including sub-ledger maintenance, and cost roll processes and Document the Company's current end to end inventory processes Prepare monthly reconciliations for all inventory related accounts across all warehousing locations Prepare sales tax reconciliation and oversee the filing of sales tax returns in TaxJar in a timely manner. Act as primary finance liaison in physical inventory counts, review monthly cycle count results, and investigate variances as needed Assist during annual and bank audits and in other Ad hoc projects as needed Who you are Analytical Problem Solver: you understand the order-to-cash cycle, revenue and cash reconciliation, controls over inventory, including physical counts, cycle counts, inventory adjustment reviews etc. Self-Starter: You take initiative and move work forward independently. Technical Acumen: You bring deep knowledge in your area (e.g. experience in cost accounting, building and maintaining BOM and standard costs, allocating and tracking landed costs like freight and duties, analyzing PPVs and booking inventory and COG adjustments) and apply it to real - world challenges What you'll need Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 7-10 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Proficiency in NetSuite, Amazon Seller Central, revenue automation tools like Shopify or Blue Onion Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, and data visualization tools). Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the manufacturing & CPG industry. Familiarity with business process automation tools and accounting integrations. Help design and scale experimental setups - including deposition/drying systems (IR/convection drying, air-knife systems, and web handling, etc.) as well as film characterization systems. Document process parameters, yield data, and continuous-improvement learnings in a reproducible framework. Contribute to safety, workflow, and process documentation as Arinna scales toward pilot‑line production. Qualifications M.S. or Ph.D. in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Applied Physics, or related field. 5+ years of hands‑on experience with solution‑processed thin‑film deposition (slot-die, blade, spin, or similar).     Job DescriptionBenefits: Employee discounts Flexible schedule We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Barback to join our team at Ritual House, a renowned fine dining establishment. As a Barback, you will play a crucial supporting role to our bartenders, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the bar by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and providing prompt assistance during service. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist bartenders in preparing and serving drinks by stocking liquor, beer, wine, garnishes, and glassware. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including wiping down surfaces, restocking supplies, and ensuring the bar is ready for service. Monitor inventory levels, restock items as needed, and assist with stock rotation. Clean and sanitize glassware, tools, and equipment. Empty trash and recycling bins, and maintain cleanliness of storage areas and bar equipment. Assist with setting up the bar area before opening and breaking down after closing. Ensure a steady supply of ice, mixers, and other bar essentials. Communicate with the front-of-house team to ensure timely and efficient service. Handle customer inquiries with a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service. Follow all safety, health, and sanitation regulations and guidelines. Assist with special events and contracted party services as needed. Qualifications: Previous experience as a barback, busser, or in a similar support role in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is a plus. Knowledge of basic bar operations, including drink preparation, bar equipment, and inventory management is preferred. Ability to stand, lift, and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) throughout a shift. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
