    About the role We're looking for a solution-oriented Retention and CRM Specialist to join our Retention Marketing team. In this role, you will focus on launching and maintaining CRM programs that reduce churn, increase loyalty, and maximize customer lifetime value. Collaboration is critical, working closely with our Brand, Creative, and Digital Product teams to drive brand loyalty and enhance the customer experience. Technical acumen: Hands on experience in ESPs (Iterable or Klaviyo preferred) and proficiency with BI Tools (Omni or Looker). Familiarity with direct mail or referral platforms is a plus. The candidate will be responsible to perform revenue close accounting activities; Inventory activities including reconciliations and improve on the month-end close process. What you'll do Prepare monthly journal entries for revenue and related trade to ensure the appropriate revenue and cost treatments Monitor revenue entries across DTC, Amazon SC, TikTok, and Retail channels for accuracy and compliance with both US GAAP and company policies Reconcile revenue accounts, AR adjustment accounts, deferred revenue balances, and other revenue accounts on a monthly basis Support the monthly financial close process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and detailed review of operating results Oversee all aspects of inventory accounting, including sub-ledger maintenance, and cost roll processes and Document the Company's current end to end inventory processes Prepare monthly reconciliations for all inventory related accounts across all warehousing locations Prepare sales tax reconciliation and oversee the filing of sales tax returns in TaxJar in a timely manner.
