The Luck Stone summer internship is an 10-week program designed for college students. The program is focused on quarry operations and includes hands-on training in pit and plant activities, including pit design, haul truck and water truck operation, blasting, primary, secondary, and tertiary plant operation and maintenance, quality control, and sales and dispatch. The program is structured to provide training and experience in each area, with a focus on developing competencies in areas such as equipment operation, safety, planning and prioritization, and maintenance.
