DevOps & Security Engineer AWS Infrastructure (Stablecoin Platform) | Direct Hire
Lloyd Staffing 4.2
Chino, CA job
A DIRECT HIRE ONLY DevOps & Security Engineer role tied to the build and protection of a production stablecoin platform. This is a hands-on infrastructure and security role focused on uptime, hardening, and operational reliability - not theory, not compliance theater.
You'd own the day-to-day health and security of AWS-based infrastructure, supporting both traditional backend systems and blockchain-adjacent services. Web3 experience is helpful but not required - strong Linux, AWS, Docker, CI/CD, and security fundamentals are the non-negotiables.
What you'll be responsible for:
Operating and securing AWS infrastructure (compute, networking, security groups, IAM).
Deep Linux administration: tuning, troubleshooting, patching, and hardening.

Supporting node services (RPC / oracle components) as the platform scales.
This team needs someone who can keep systems up, locked down, and predictable while the product scales toward a Q2/Q3 2026 launch. Cloud + Linux + security depth matter far more than blockchain buzzwords here.
If you enjoy owning infrastructure end-to-end and being the person leadership trusts to keep the platform stable and secure, this is worth a quick conversation.

Golang Backend Engineering Role Stablecoin Infrastructure | Direct Hire
Lloyd Staffing 4.2
Chino, CA job
Backend-heavy Golang
DIRECT HIRE
role tied to the buildout of a next-generation stablecoin platform. This is not a research or theory role - it's about shipping production-grade systems that sit directly behind on-chain logic. This team is preparing for a Q2/Q3 2026 stablecoin launch and is hiring an engineer who can own the backend implementation that supports smart contracts - issuance, settlement, clearing, risk controls, and high-volume transaction flows.
What you'd actually be doing:
Developing financial-grade Golang services for payments, clearing, and risk.
Integrating backend services with Solidity-based contracts (ERC20, mint/burn, escrow).
Handling on/off-chain synchronization, event listeners, RPC calls, and confirmations.
Building systems with MySQL, Redis, Kafka, Docker, and microservices.
Diagnosing real-world issues: throughput constraints, node lag, and confirmation delays.
Working from PRDs and helping turn protocol design into stable backend execution.
This role is intentionally backend-leaning. Solidity matters - but primarily to understand contract logic and support it cleanly from the backend. Deep Golang experience is the must-have. Hands-on crypto / DeFi / stablecoin experience is required.
If you've worked in crypto, know where systems break - and you enjoy building backend infrastructure that keeps protocols alive under load - this is worth a conversation.
