Exodus House provides transitional residential services to adult males referred by the Department of Corrections. This is a 12 bed facility for young adult men with an average stay of 90-120 days. Lutheran Social Services (LSS) - Exodus House is located in Hudson, Wisconsin. With support from our counselors and supervisor, our Adult Residential Support Professionals perform work involving the care, services, and treatment of clients seeking services in Addictions and Restorative Justice (ARJ) facilities (Substance Use Disorder and/or criminogenic risk/needs/responsivity factors). This is a continuous posting in anticipation of future full-time (40 hours/week), benefit eligible opportunities on 1st shift. Essential Duties and responsibilities: This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time. Supports, interacts with, and monitors residents within established policies and procedures, providing positive role modeling Records observations relating to actions and behavior of residents and maintains records and reports as required Performs general housekeeping and cleaning duties as needed May organize and distribute clothing, bedding and other supplies Provides medication monitoring or medication administration as outlined in specific program policies Provides information concerning status of clients to external partners within established guidelines.
