Job purpose
A clinically competent licensed nurse who provides immediate, specialized patient care with a multidisciplinary provider team, under the direction of a Registered Nurse and within the scope of their licensure. Observes and reports patient responses to treatments and follows the patient care plan. Must possess the basic and advanced practical skills.
Qualifications
Valid and current registration, NYS LPN license
BLS certification.

Working conditions and Physical requirements
Regular day, evening, night, and weekend shifts.
