They leader Mr. Houston was the man.... he is no longer there though sadly
The youth programs were very clique and needed more leadership
The fishing thing in their outdoor pool was cool
Houston's team was very open to new and innovative ideas. Change is hard in Eugene and I presume Board feels the same way
They need new Board members who are not so old and stuck in their ways. Need to update many things
I researched the organization and its leaders.
Compensation is lower than others but you can make it up in other areas and the experience is valuable
Diversity is what it is
