Under the direct supervision of the Operations Manager of Case Management, the Denials Coordinator is responsible for monitoring denials, appeals and resolution from participating insurance carriers and working proactively to collect from insurance carriers. Will generate and process denial letters and Notice of Action (NOA) for pre-services, leveling of care and denied medical services. Maintains the denial and/or appeals electronic database. Serve as the department liaison for all denial and/or appeals issues.
