Assist Crew Members
Maintains cleanliness of his/her stations and work areas.
Performs side work during shift downtime including but not limited to; rolling silverware, restocking condiment holders, cleaning works areas, cleaning bathrooms, etc.
Refills ice bins in service station and bar.
Delivers clean dishes to the cooks or expo line
Keeps General Manager and Manager on Duty informed of problems and/or issues and proposes alternative solutions for consideration.

Empty trash containers on expo, at service station and behind bar

As a QA Sampler, you will:
Maintain sanitary condition and follow all procedures for sampling.
Use a drill and sample all tested combo's, roughly 100 or more combo's a day per person.
Ensure that each combo is drilled a minimum of 5 times and in a timely manner.
Carefully and sanitarily extract meat from sampling device, label bags appropriately.
Work with QA techs to pack coolers and review paperwork.
Set up and clean up of sampling equipment each day prior to and at the end of each shift.
Be responsible for sharpening sampling tools and maintaining drills at the end of the day.
Work as a team with the other samplers.
Have the opportunity to assist and learn with tech jobs in the future if qualified.
