    We are currently seeking diligent and detail-oriented individuals to join our housekeeping team. As a Housekeeper, you will ensure cleanliness, organization, and a welcoming environment for our residents. Your responsibilities will include performing general cleaning duties, maintaining an inventory of cleaning supplies, and following established cleaning protocols. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to our residents' positive and comfortable atmosphere. We are currently looking for a full-time Housekeeper (Environmental Aide). The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, and the schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM, with rotating laundry weekend shifts (normally every 4-6 weeks). We have a $1.50 per hour weekend differential that runs from Friday at 5:00 PM through Sunday at midnight. Responsibilities Performs daily and routine housekeeping in apartments, cottages, health care rooms, and all common areas, following established policies and procedures. Including but not limited to bathroom cleaning/sanitation, mopping floors, vacuuming, and dusting, Performs in-depth cleanings in apartments and cottages on an annual basis. Ensures adequate supplies (e.g., Kleenex, paper towels, soap, etc.) are maintained in shared bathroom areas. Picks up and delivers bed linens and changes bed linens in apartments and cottages. Cleans work areas, keeps the housekeeping cart properly stocked, and ensures equipment is in good working order. Notifies the Team Leader and/or Director of Housekeeping if supplies or equipment repairs are warranted. Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent. A minimum of three months experience in housekeeping is required; experience in a healthcare environment is preferred. Ability to work in a team environment. Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, memos, and instruction manuals. Demonstrated knowledge of appropriate skills for communicating with individuals of all ages, especially the senior population.     We are seeking compassionate and qualified Medication Nursing Assistants to join our team. We have Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem positions available. As a Medication Nursing Assistant, you will work closely with nursing staff to provide quality care and assist RiverMead residents in administering medications. Your responsibilities will include accurately preparing and administering medications, documenting patient information, and ensuring patient safety. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. RiverMead is a not-for-profit, full-service Lifecare Community in Peterborough, New Hampshire. As a full-service community, we offer various services and amenities to the residents we serve. MNA shift differentials: 2nd shift = $2.00 per hour 3rd shift = $2.50 per hour Weekends = $1.50 per hour (Friday 5PM-Sunday midnight) Responsibilities: Provides personal care services. Assists in administering medications to stable patients, as ordered by the licensed practitioner, under the direction of the licensed practitioner/licensed nurse in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as all established nursing policies and procedures. Administers PRN medications after resident is evaluated by licensed nurse and nurse has approved administration of the PRN medication. Follows RiverMead procedures, allowing residents to self-administer medications. Assists licensed nurses in monitoring and documenting all aspects of such self-administration. Promptly notify licensed nurses of any failure of a resident to take any self-administered medication properly. Performs administrative requirements, such as completing forms, reports, charts, etc., and submits these promptly. Participates in developing and implementing resident care plans in collaboration with the nurses, other departments, the residents, and the resident's families. Consult with RN/LPN on nursing problems and interpretation of problems to meet resident needs. Recognizes emergencies and implements appropriate emergency procedures when indicated. Qualifications High school graduate or equivalent. Two years minimum experience. Long-term care is preferred. Successfully Completed nursing assistant and medication nursing assistant courses that meet federal/state requirements. Licensed by the State of New Hampshire as a Nursing Assistant and Medication Nursing Assistant. CPR certification required. Able to follow oral and written instructions and compose short correspondence and notes. Good communication skills. Ability to complete basic math computations. Must be self-directed and dependable.
