Essential Job Functions: * Verifies calculations and reconciles summary reports. * Ensures compliance with gaming regulations related to the count room. * Supervises staff count room attendants in completing daily tasks and with discrepancies related to reconciling monetary assets. * Ensures delays do not occur in the currency wrapping process by performing minor mechanical adjustments to the currency counting machines. * Ensures compliance with all other regulatory controls both internal and external including but not limited to state and federal laws and the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations. * Trains and supervises team members in accordance with organizational and approved departmental standards, policies, and procedures. * Performs all other duties as assigned. Qualifications: * Must be 18 years of age or older. * High school diploma or equivalent. * One or more years count room or money handling experience preferred. * Knowledge of accounting software. * Operate a ten-key adding machine. * Must possess basic math skills and ability to count large sums of currency. * Experience supervising employees engaged in handling large cash transactions required. * Must be available to work a flexible schedule including all shifts, weekends, and holidays. * Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing. Physical and Mental Demands: * Regularly required to see; use hands to finger, handle, or feel. * Frequently required to reach with hands and arms; stoop and talk or hear. * Must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds or push up to 50 pounds. * Ability to work in a confined space without the ability to enter or exit freely. * Able to work with others while maintaining a positive and courteous demeanor under working conditions that require supervised confinement in a secured workspace.
