Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in a scientific discipline; Master's degree preferred.
10+ years direct Regulatory Affairs experience with at least 5+ years of experience in regulatory review of promotional materials for prescription drug or biologic products.
Proven track record in managing promotion review committees (e.g. PRC) or other regulatory governance forums.
Deep knowledge of FDA / OPDP / APLB regulations, global promotional guidance and enforcement trends in advertising and promotion.
Experience in negotiations and/or formal interactions with regulatory authorities (OPDP/APLB or equivalent) preferred.

The Massachusetts General Hospital seeks a dynamic Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)/Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to serve on the Special Operations Team. In this role, the LCSW/LICSW will provide and oversee the provision of psychiatric, psychosocial, and overall mental health services and referrals for military Special Operators into the Home Base program. Job Summary
Under the clinical direction of the Gastroenterology (GI) Division Ambulatory Nursing Manager and in collaboration with the supervising providers, the GI Triage Nurse will be responsible for the care of patients within MGH Gastroenterology.
We are looking for a RN with experience and knowledge of GI conditions who is familiar with working in a tertiary/academic hospital setting to join our fast-paced busy outpatient clinical practice. The RN will assist assigned physicians and advanced practice providers and work with their provider team to facilitate access to the clinic, return patient calls, process prior authorizations, respond to patient portal messages, provide patient teaching sessions, and work closely with the administrative staff in coordinating patient care.

Facilitates access for patients of the GI Clinic by filtering incoming records for appropriate patients. Will review patient charts and assist in obtaining information needed for an effective consultation with the GI specialist.

Performance Monitoring is responsible for establishing, maintaining and enhancing customer business through contract administration, customer orders, and problem resolution. Performance Monitoring is responsible for monitoring, analyzing and reviewing customer contact quality.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Conduct quality reviews of Adverse Events submitted by staff before submission to client safety unit.
+ Conduct case audits to ensure correct process steps have been followed for the "patient journey"

+ Interpret and transcribe inbound and outbound calls from patients and health care providers.

**Qualifications**
+ HS Diploma, GED or technical certification in related field or equivalent experience, preferred.

+ Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
