Works under the supervision of Nursing Supervisor/Manager and is ultimately responsible to the Director of Assisted Living. CMT/CNA performs tasks essential to the direct care of the resident according to the facility policy and procedures, regulatory requirements defined by Department of Social Services for Assisted Living Facilities and Scope of Practice as defined by the Department of Social Services for Assisted Living Facilities and the Department of Health for SNFs and NFs. Responsibilities include, but is not limited to, medication administration, vitals, personal care, and nutrition support.
