Job assignments will include but not limited to, use of push mowing equipment, power edging, blowers and string trimming equipment; mulching, trash removal, weeding, leaf removal; assist with hedge trimming, planting, and other landscape jobs. Performs preventive maintenance on equipment such as greasing, oil levels, tire inflation, and cleaning/washing of equipment; also performs snow removal/storm clean-up includes, but is not limited to shoveling and cleaning of entranceways, walkways and parking lots of snow, ice and/or debris.

Ensure facility compliance with applicable regulations, rules, laws, and professional organizations standards by conducting and participating in daily, weekly or monthly inspections or drills at the direction of management, to include fire drill compliance and emergency preparedness participation.
