What you'll do:
Provides comprehensive patient care to members by processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders; administering immunizations; counseling members regarding health care and prescription medication needs; and maintaining confidential information, controlled medications, and required documentation.
Drives sales and profit in the Pharmacy and OTC areas by ensuring effective merchandise presentation, including accurate and competitive pricing, proper signing, in-stock and inventory levels, budgeting and forecasting sales, developing and maintaining cross functional relationships, and assessing economic trends and demographics.
Models, enforces, and provides direction and guidance to Associates on proper Member service approaches and techniques to ensure Member needs, complaints, and issues are successfully resolved within Company guidelines and standards.
Oversees the implementation of and participates in community outreach programs and encourages Associates to serve as a good member of the community.
Ensures compliance with Company and legal policies, procedures, and regulations for assigned areas by analyzing and interpreting reports, implementing and monitoring loss prevention and safety controls, overseeing safety, operational, and quality assurance reviews, developing and implementing action plans, and providing direction and guidance on executing Company programs and strategic initiatives.

Supports a sales culture in the department and the achievement of departmental as well as individual goals.
Educates members on all Credit Union products and services.
Meets or exceeds established department goals in service level, sales points, productivity and other goals as assigned.
All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or the equivalent (i.e. GED) and one to three years of experience, preferably in a communication center and/or financial institution.
Reports to work punctually, works all scheduled hours, and works overtime as necessitated by business demand.
Ability to prioritize and work efficiently in a fast pace environment.
Proficiency with related computer applications, spreadsheets, word processing, and database applications.
Must be bondable.
Multi-tasking ability, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Thorough knowledge of deposit products and regulations.
Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers.
Reporting Relationship
Reports to the MAC Service Supervisor
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position is not responsible for the supervision of other employees.
