Under the direction of the Laboratory Administrative Director, the Laboratory Information System (LIS) Coordinator is the primary applications analyst responsible for providing on-going support of the Laboratory Information System, Pathology Information System and related modules, including system maintenance, functionality, test dictionaries, and interfaces. Acts as liaison between the Laboratory, Information Technology (IT) and all other departments for LIS-related activities. Maintains ongoing communication with lab staff, lab management, and Medical Director.

The Plumber reports the Supervisor of Plant Maintenance and will install, repair and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in residential, commercial, industrial or public buildings. The daily supervision of the Ultrasound / Mammography Department is an essential component to increase productivity and utilize the necessary staffing requirements to ensure the best standard of care. Assist the various imaging modalities to enhance workflow and overall performance.
Graduate of an approved school for Ultrasound Technology. 4 years experience as a Ultrasound technologist. Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience (preferred). The Inventory Specialist maintains and controls all stock and non-stock supplies/equipment acquisitions and inventory for the serviced Department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Designs, standardizes, labels and maintains all supply inventory locations within the service department, including any point of use systems (Pyxis Supply/ Tissue Management), 2. The Administrative Project Manager (APM) is supports the Senior Director. Duties include: Attendance and active participation in planning. Maintains formal minutes and attendance sheets for meetings. Maintains project spreadsheets to track activity, issues, vendor payments, project progress, and other related activities. Qualifications
Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum experience of 3 years of office experience is required. Minimum two years of project management experience in engineering and/or related special projects preferred. Excellent verbal and written communications skills required. The registered pharmacy technician may, under the direct personal supervision of a licensed pharmacist, assist such licensed pharmacist, as directed, in compounding, preparing, labeling, or dispensing of drugs used to fill valid prescriptions or medication orders or in compounding, preparing, and labeling in anticipation of a valid prescription or medication order for a patient to be served by the facility, in accordance with Article 137 of the Education Law where such tasks require no professional judgement. Assists in maintaining compliance to USP 800 Hazardous medications standards. Assists in compounding, labeling, or dispensing of medications. Prepares medications and delivers to patient care areas. Repackage bulk liquids/tablets/capsules into pre-packed unit dose. Performs basic functions via Meditech system, Amerisource Barcoding system and Medi-DoseMILT 3.0 system. Performs all functions necessary for Pyxis machines, including but not limited to, refilling, loading/unloading, managing inventory, managing outdated inventory, troubleshooting and regular physical maintenance. Performs functions necessary for Pyxis CII safe and handles controlled substances in accordance with DEA regulations and departmental policy and procedures. Performs all necessary steps for maintaining departmental inventory including ordering supplies and medications, receive/process supplies and medications, return supplies and medications, ensure supplies and medications are within expiration dating and restock supplies and medication storage areas as needed. Refills and maintains ACLS trays. Maintains departmental records in accordance with policy and procedures. Performs monthly pharmacy and nursing unit inspections. Communicates interdepartmentally and intradepartmental via telephone, computer, or physically to assist in medication distribution process and daily pharmacy processes. Aids in the training of students, new employees or volunteers. Participates in departmental and organizational performance improvement activities.
