Position Overview
Riverside Research is seeking a full time MASINT Signatures Project Officer to support the National MASINT Office in Reston, Virginia. The Signatures Project Officer will support efforts in studying and evaluating implementation of a future signatures repository. They will coordinate with stakeholders across the MASINT enterprise to analyze the current state of repositories, collaborate to draft requirements and define a future to-be state, capture use cases of future users at the tactical, operational, and strategic levels, and work among a team of software developers to recommend prototypes and implementation measures to decrease risk to mission.
Responsibilities
Interface with internal and external stakeholders to analyze the current state of signatures for standardization, integration, and documentation
Collaborate across multiple organizations to help draft requirements and future capabilities for a to-be-defined system
Support capture of future use cases at multiple levels
Assist with defining the future system of record that stores and makes discoverable signatures
Support study lead to produce a technical study incorporating inputs from both stakeholders and the rest of the study team
Qualifications
Top Secret clearance with SCI adjudication
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, engineering, physics, computer science, mathematics, physical sciences or related fields
Minimum 4 years' experience working within the Intelligence Community (IC) and/or Department of the Air Force as an intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) professional
Technical knowledge and expertise within one or more MASINT sensors or systems
Excellent written communication skills

Responsibilities
Prepare financial statements in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Lead a team of 6 Accountants to oversee accounting functions, including the general ledger, financial close processes, and cost accounting
Ensure accurate and efficient transaction processing in compliance with company policies
Manage various external financial audits; Consolidated Financial Statement, OMB Single Audit and various DCAA Audits
Coordinate the preparation of Annual Form 990 Tax return, related schedules and supporting documentation for timely submission
Prepare the annual Incurred Cost Submission
Manage and comply with local, state, and federal tax and government reporting requirements; as well as assist with resolving any tax discrepancies.

Responsibilities Noblis MSD is seeking an experienced Navy Surface Ship maintenance and modernization **Scheduler Expert** to support Commander, Naval Regional Maintenance Cener (CNRMC) in the **World Class Planning** (WCP) and SCORE (AI, ML, NLP) effort to improve advanced planning and planning, execution, and close out oversight of Naval Surface Ship CNO availabilities.
The candidate will provide subject matter expertise in benchmarking from both industry and government perspectives, and in integrating the efforts into a plan that leverages technology to improve maintenance and modernization throughout the US Navy. The candidate will be supporting C300 and will be required to travel to CNRMC field activities.
General responsibilities and tasking include:
+ Support CNRMC in the World Class Planning (WCP) and SCORE - MA improvement initiative

Responsibilities As a UI/UX Designer, you will work with development teams to build intuitive interfaces for forensic and investigative applications. You will be responsible for designing and implementing user interfaces that enable analysts and investigators to effectively interact with complex data analysis and visualization tools across multiple enterprise applications.

+ Design and implement intuitive user interfaces for complex data analysis and visualization tools

Network Engineer - Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Responsibilities As a Network Engineer SME, you will provide expert leadership in designing, implementing, and managing sophisticated network systems and communications with special emphasis on Top Secret classification enclaves. You will architect secure network infrastructures that meet the highest security standards while enabling mission-critical operations. Your expertise will ensure the reliability, security, and performance of network systems that enable users to access highly sensitive data securely across complex classified network infrastructure.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Architect, design, and implement advanced network systems and communications solutions optimized for Top Secret/SCI environments.
+ Develop specialized security architectures for Top Secret enclave protection and isolation.
+ Create and maintain comprehensive network security strategies for classified environments.
+ Gather complex user network requirements utilizing multiple methodologies while ensuring compliance with TS security controls.
+ Develop and maintain extensive technical documentation, system requirements documents, and security requirements for classified networks.
