Position Overview
Riverside Research is seeking a full time MASINT Signatures Project Officer to support the National MASINT Office in Reston, Virginia. The Signatures Project Officer will support efforts in studying and evaluating implementation of a future signatures repository. They will coordinate with stakeholders across the MASINT enterprise to analyze the current state of repositories, collaborate to draft requirements and define a future to-be state, capture use cases of future users at the tactical, operational, and strategic levels, and work among a team of software developers to recommend prototypes and implementation measures to decrease risk to mission.
Responsibilities
Interface with internal and external stakeholders to analyze the current state of signatures for standardization, integration, and documentation
Collaborate across multiple organizations to help draft requirements and future capabilities for a to-be-defined system
Support capture of future use cases at multiple levels
Assist with defining the future system of record that stores and makes discoverable signatures
Support study lead to produce a technical study incorporating inputs from both stakeholders and the rest of the study team
Qualifications
Top Secret clearance with SCI adjudication
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, engineering, physics, computer science, mathematics, physical sciences or related fields
Minimum 4 years' experience working within the Intelligence Community (IC) and/or Department of the Air Force as an intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) professional
Technical knowledge and expertise within one or more MASINT sensors or systems
Excellent written communication skills

Responsibilities
Prepare financial statements in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Lead a team of 6 Accountants to oversee accounting functions, including the general ledger, financial close processes, and cost accounting
Ensure accurate and efficient transaction processing in compliance with company policies
Manage various external financial audits; Consolidated Financial Statement, OMB Single Audit and various DCAA Audits
Coordinate the preparation of Annual Form 990 Tax return, related schedules and supporting documentation for timely submission
Prepare the annual Incurred Cost Submission

We are seeking an experienced intelligence professional for our client's operational requirements on a mission focused program within a challenging, dynamic setting located in the Virginia area. Successful candidates in this intelligence management analyst position will collaborate with a diverse group of individuals across the intelligence community and directly contribute to processes that shape government policy. Candidates will conduct in-depth research, perform rigorous time sensitive analysis, and distill this analysis into actionable insights. Primary Responsibilities:
Integrate mission management of collection and analysis activities related to country specific economic and technical capabilities.
Manage and support intra-agency engagements and working groups to develop open-source assessments on economic and technical capabilities.
Advise/Support the regionally focused National Intelligence Manager (NIM) with planning, analyzing, producing, and coordinating the development of strategic documents, policy development, ODNI's external engagements with U.S. and foreign partners, and interagency meetings to include interagency-policy-committee to National Security Council meetings
Maintain awareness of community activities on economic statecraft, supply chains, emerging technologies, and efforts to undermine democracy.
Support decision makers and special projects on intelligence integration issues to include the preparation, production, and coordination of written products and briefings for senior IC members, policy makers, military decision makers, and members of Congress, specifically, prepare and coordinate high level Executive Point Papers (EPP) and Talking Points (TPs), and preparation materials in support of these engagements.
Maintain situational awareness of a variety of issues and related intelligence challenges, providing written or verbal responses to policy maker requests.
Support the planning, facilitation, and after action needs for community sessions and outreach initiatives to address intelligence integrations matters.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
TS/SCI with Poly.
Regional expertise in the Area of Responsibility (AOR)-China.
Functional expertise with intelligence analysis relating to economic and technical capabilities.
Experience with analysis and analyst tools.
Experience with conceptualization and assessing qualitative and quantitative information.
Experience working with and briefing various IC-elements and Joint Staff.
Strong understanding of collection and publication processes.
Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with USG senior leaders and to coordinate, network, and communicate across the IC.
Ability to provide concise, articulate, polished writing of analytic documents, summaries, issue papers, talking points, and briefings for senior-level staff.
Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, and communication skills, including the ability to clearly convey complex data to nontechnical customers.
