SUMMARY
Provides computer support to employees in all departments and branches.
The pay range this position is between $21.00 and $30.00 an hour. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
* Assists users to resolve computer related problems such as inoperative hardware or software. Assist users with logon issues.

The Retail Quality Assurance Specialist and Support Lead (RQASSL) is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of quality assurance processes and providing direct support to branch network teams. This role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures through comprehensive reviews of deposit accounts, particularly focusing on new account openings and onboarding into the Bank's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) system.
In addition to compliance oversight, the RQASSL supports branches with retail operational processes and procedures, leads and mentors other Quality Assurance Specialists, and delivers training to strengthen team capabilities. The RQASSL also serves as acting lead in the absence of the Quality Assurance Manager (QAM).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in reviews and reporting.
* Perform daily reviews of new consumer and commercial accounts to ensure compliance with the Bank's CIP/BSA/OFAC/Beneficial Ownership policies and procedures.
* Review Customer Due Diligence input for quality, accuracy and comprehensive data of all entity accounts.
* Review Consumer Due Diligence input for completeness.
* Identify new account review trends with branches and escalate accordingly.
* Review legal documentation to assist branches with executing and/or opening related accounts, i.e. Power of Attorney, Trusts, Estates, court ordered, etc.
* Answer and provide resolution to client calls/internal ticketing program, both internally and externally, in a timely manner of more moderate to complex issues in support of Retail operations and other bank departments, as needed.
* Ensure outgoing wire forms are completed in strict accordance with established wire guidelines and are properly imaged.
* Perform maintenance as needed, i.e. beneficial ownership, corrections, missing maintenance, etc. for accounts in QA queue.
* Monitor address change maintenance performed within the onboarding system to ensure accuracy. Notify branch accordingly for any corrections.
* Review QA file maintenance reports for accuracy and completeness.
* Assist with analyzing updates to the Bank's new account system and updating related procedures.
* Maintain/update software application material when technical changes to the Core processor, New Account onboarding/Teller System and/or when regulatory changes occur.
* Assist with updating related AVTC (teller system) procedures when changes occur to teller processing system.
* Provide technical support when errors occur within branch applications, i.e. teller transactions, onboarding, FIS Portal/ChexSystems, etc.
* Support/Maintain the Bank's central cash vault for daily cash reconciliations, weekly cash orders/shipments to the Federal Reserve and administration of the armored electronic ordering system, issue user IDs, etc.
* Prepares Journal Entries for proper accounting of Commercial cash vault transactions, and Remote ATM deposits and withdrawals
* Complete monthly cash vault invoices
* Perform monthly branch cash reconciliation/certification.
* Complete Loss/Recovery Reclassification
* Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information when responding to requests.
* Assist with support and installation of Teller Currency Recyclers (TCRs).

About the Role:
Effectively scope and execute a wide range of assurance activities to assess risks and controls over assigned processes. Work in agile teams to prioritize assurance work, strategic initiatives, and required tasks with flexibility to shift with department priorities. Assigned tasks, projects, and audits may report to different supervisors in a matrix team. Monitor risks and understand data trends of designated areas and provide recommendations for future coverage. Provide effective challenge to audit work products to maintain quality standards aligned to IIA and department guidance. Champion continuous improvement within processes and technology.
Work within a team to plan, scope, and execute risk-based assurance projects. Deliver high quality results, on time, within budget expectations, and in conformity with applicable professional and regulatory standards. Formulate meaningful, well-supported audit conclusions and provide practical recommendations for areas requiring attention or corrective action.
Offer ongoing guidance for others on audit methods and procedures, serve as a point of escalation within assurance projects and programs, and assist in prioritization of tasks.
Continuously monitor the risk profile of assigned processes by analyzing data trends, incorporating internal and external factors, and assessing assurance activities. Document results within risk assessments and recommend changes to the multi-year audit plan as applicable.
Maintain clear communication channels to keep audit clients and Internal Audit Management aware of progress, challenges, and issues.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with audit clients, business unit leadership, risk/compliance partners, vendors, and within the Internal Audit department. Represent Internal Audit on various project, risk, and management committees.
Present the results of audits and special projects to Internal Audit Leadership, Executive Management, and External Auditors. Support responses to regulatory requests.
Participate in working groups to support the Internal Audit strategic vision and priorities.

About You:
Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, economics, auditing or risk management, information technology, mathematics or statistics, related degree or equivalent operational/technical experience, required.
4-7 years of experience in internal or external auditing, risk management, compliance, or related role; or combination of business/operational and auditing/risk management experience, required.
CIA, CISA, CPA, CAMS, CFE or comparable audit, accounting, risk management, or technical certification of 12-month length, preferred.
Requires proficient auditing or operational expertise in one or more of the following areas: Compliance, Legal, Banking Regulatory, Information Technology, Information Security, Data Analytics, Digital Banking. **About the Role:** The AML Risk and Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring the Financial Investigations Department (FID) has an effective quality control program over fraud, Suspicious Activity Reporting, AML alert triage decisions, case quality, reporting requirements, enhanced due diligence documentation. The manager will oversee the QC analysts that perform the reviews. + Supervise a team of Quality Control Analysts.
+ Manager the quality control process of completed BSA/AML and fraud work tasks to test for accuracy and quality within FID.
+ Maintain the Quality Control framework and update of all phases of processes and procedures used to conduct and develop a quality control program as needed
+ Review monitoring reports for management based on findings during quality control reviews.
+ Partner with associates and managers within Financial Investigations to conduct quality control and assurance reviews and provide effective feedback on quality control metrics.
+ Identify patterns, trends and anomalies within assigned review work with particular emphasis on trends or anomalies that present high inherent and residual AML risk to the company.
