Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the Head Chef and Food & Beverage Director and the Director of Club Operations. The F&B program will include daily lunches, evening dinners and monthly member events.
To perform the job successfully, an individual should perform the following essential functions of the position:
Maintains good quality products and presentations according to company standards.
Prepare all the food for the Club.
Maintains high sanitation standards, including food handling and storage.
Following recipe and presentation guidelines to meet or exceed guests'/member expectations.
Coordinating food orders to support timely and efficient delivery to each table.
Adheres to and ensures proper food safety and sanitation standards for member/guests' safety.

Respond and interact with members and guests of the club.

Monitors the maintenance of all kitchen equipment to ensure safety and good working conditions.
Perform other duties assigned by leadership.
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required.
ServSafe Food Handlers Certification.
2-3 years culinary experience working in a club environment highly desired.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESInspect guestrooms, public space and back of the house areas to repair or replace light bulbs, lamps, switches, outlets, exit lights, faucets, toilets, hardware, filters, paint, furniture, wall covering, caulking, grouting or other miscellaneous repairs.
This requires the individual to visually inspect and detect items needing repair and requires considerable knowledge of a wide variety of maintenance trades.
Basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical experience are used frequently on the job.
Performing these duties requires experience in using basic hand and power tools and ability to stoop, kneel, grasp, lift, push and pull weights up to 80 pounds, climb ladders up to 30 feet high and reach in all directions, often times over head.

Responsible for enforcing current inventory control procedures including, but not limited to, parts room inventory, vehicles inventory, keys, and any other equipment under departmental responsibility.
Maintain all HVAC equipment, pumps, generators, engineering lighting equipment, lifts, carts, full size vehicles, and any other equipment under departmental responsibility.
Carry out simple projects of carpentry, painting, and/or renovation.
Responsible for constantly touring and inspecting to ensure proper maintenance requirements in departmental areas of responsibility.
Able to climb and inspect areas of limited access such as roofs, small spaces, attics, and maintenance corridors in a safe manner as required by any maintenance task, given assignment or maintenance emergency.
Continually develop original and fresh techniques to enhance the maintenance process.
Create and enforce effective preventative maintenance procedures.
