RJW Transport CEO and leadership

With over 26 years in the transportation and supply chain industry and as a second-generation owner, I am the Chief Executive Officer of RJW Logistics Group, where I oversee 1,000+ employees, multiple business units and revenue streams, and a rapidly growing retail logistics operation.

I officially joined the company in June of 1994 in the Transport Operations division. With that experience, in 2000 I transitioned into a sales leadership role where I spent the subsequent ten years helping to grow the department and its output, and to define its goals. Following the retirement of my mother and father, I assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer in 2010. The company has since expanded beyond traditional transportation and logistics to become a leader in retail consolidation and fulfillment, which has resulted in company revenue growth exceeding 48% each of the past six years. Today, RJW works out of over 2.5 million square feet of warehouse space and is growing to serve 100+ national retailers with over 100 power units and 700 trailers.

Condy Dixon has over 25 years of experience in the Transportation and Logistics Industry, currently serving as the COO of RJW Logistics Group for the past eight years where he is responsible for all Asset, Light Asset, Logistics, and Warehouse operations. Prior to joining RJW, he held executive positions in both Sales and Operations for major transportation companies like Roadway Express, Overnight Transportation, Roadrunner Dawes Transport, Inc., and Roadlink.

Mr. Dixon attended college at Washington University in Saint Louis, and has a B.S.B.A. degree in Business and Public Administration.

Ryan Pikus serves as the Chief Information Officer of RJW Logistics Group where he is responsible for the entire IT organization, including software engineering, security, data engineering, infrastructure, project management, business systems, and integrations.

Ryan has spent his entire career in Information Technology and Software Development. Over the past 15 years, Ryan has built comprehensive IT organizations and has overseen the successful implementation of numerous technology-driven proprietary platforms. Prior to his current role, he held various senior IT leadership positions at large publicly traded transportation and supply chain companies.

Ryan holds a Bachelor and Master of Science in Information Systems from DePaul University in Chicago, IL.

Strategic, results-driven senior finance leader with proven aptitude for delivering solutions to improve analytic decision-making and drive accountability. Direct communication style along with a low-ego approach to solving problems has enabled me to build trust and effectively partner at all levels within organizations. Excited to work in an organization ready for transformation (whether a turnaround or scaling for growth) that encourages healthy debate, is nimble enough to make quick decisions, yet disciplined enough to drive execution of key objectives.

Leigh Baker currently serves as the Chief Marketing Officer for RJW Logistics Group where she is responsible for overseeing branding, promotional, advertising, and partnership-related initiatives that generate awareness and drive value and growth for the company.

Prior to her role at RJW, Leigh spent 10+ years in various marketing positions in New York City and Washington D.C., including leadership roles at two national insurance companies, and brand partnership positions at well-known magazines, such as InStyle and Adweek, developing and executing award-winning integrated marketing programs for advertisers.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Marymount Manhattan College in Communication Arts and International Studies.

Richard Rudolf is a Chief Operating Officer at RJW Transport Inc and is based in Greater Chicago Area.
