Job Purpose: The Retail Fulfillment Packer (Co-Packer) position will be the primary labor to completing all Retail Fulfillment/Co-Packing projects. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Assembling various products and displays according to customer specifications. * Operate Wrap Heat Tunnel Machine. * Must be able to operate Ink Injector and Tape Machine. * Stacking cases onto pallets according to specifications. * Performing rework and inspection on the product. * Completes necessary documentation thoroughly, accurately, and on-time. * Ability to be cross-trained to perform a variety of tasks. * Work on a continuous flow production line. * Other tasks as assigned by supervisor/manager. Additional Responsibilities: * Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. * Attention to detail and ability to follow direction. * Awareness of quality standards and ability to identify defects in products. * Ability to physically count articles or products on shelves, racks and pallets. Qualifications: * Co-Packing or Warehouse experience is not required but preferred. * Experience using WMS software a plus (Synapse preferred). * PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Access Database is a plus. Education and/or Experience Required: * High School Diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency. * Forklift certification a plus. Mathematical Skills: * Ability to add, sub-tract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. This is not the entire JD in its entirety. Job Purpose: To operate forklifts (reach trucks) safely and efficiently; handles all freight inbound or outbound properly and orderly; maintain warehouse area with orderly stacking and good housekeeping; loading / unloading of RJW truck / trailers and outside carriers safely and using proper procedures; ensures all shipments are correctly staged, checked, and loaded properly; responsible for properly storing stock in the warehouse; performs duties to provide material handling services for warehouse shipping and receiving handling activities. Works from warehouse operations sheets using a forklift to pick customer orders and load on trailers. Maintains forklift safety at all times following all safety policies and procedures. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Assists Warehouse Manager to ensure efficient operation of the warehouse. * Ability to operate reach truck and /or walkie-rider. * General understanding of computers and handheld RF equipment. * Loads and unloads RJW truck / trailers safely and efficiently using proper procedures, including outside carriers equipment. * Flexible to work 10 to 12 hours shifts when necessary and not afraid of heights. * Picking and moving stock from 1 lb. to 50 lbs. multiple times. * Ensures all shipments are correctly staged and loaded properly. * Maintains warehouse area with orderly stacking and good housekeeping. * Processing outbound cross-dock freight as necessary. * Oversees storing stock properly in the warehouse and moving product into the storage racks. * Works from warehouse operations sheets using a forklift to pick customer orders and load on trailers. * Records and verifies the accuracy of the shipments against the paperwork for incoming and outgoing shipments / deliveries. * Ensures all documentation and paperwork is properly completed. * Operates forklifts safely and efficiently following all OSHA regulations, RJW safety policies, and procedures. o This includes wearing of seatbelts at all times when operating the forklift. * Completes daily forklift maintenance inspections. * Handles all customer products properly and orderly. * Checks deliveries for poor packing, general condition of materials, and free of damage. Alerts Warehouse Supervisor of any problems, taking pictures if necessary. * Reports all accidents / incidents, to employee, damage of stock, or building damage to the Shift Supervisor immediately. * Spotting of trailers to maintain efficient yard organization and flow of equipment for the day. * Maintains access to dock doors both inside and outside the facility keeping them free of debris or snow. * Other tasks as assigned by manager. Additional Responsibilities: * Possesses a sense of urgency, accountability, and be able to work with limited supervision. * General understanding of computers and handheld RF equipment. * He/she must be able to read, write, and understand English. * Attention to detail and quality a must. * Good communication, clear and concise, problem resolution, and people skills. * Flexibility in working overtime when needed, and supplying coverage to other shifts. * PC skills helpful. * Major experience on reach truck or stand-up forklift/EPJs * Experience in building pallets with stock and breaking down stock to fill independent orders. * Experience in cross docking freight process. * Ability to work in a fast paced warehouse. Qualifications: * 3-6 months of forklift driving experience in a warehouse using reach trucks and Electric Pallet Jacks. * Good stable work record.     The Warehouse Operations Supervisor is responsible for the efficient day-to-day operation of the warehouse with particular emphasis on supervising warehouse personnel and achieving daily production goals. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.
