Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) 5-7+ years of experience in product development projects in the commercial vehicles industry or equivalent 5+ years of CREO/PRO-E experience is required (sheet metal, castings, piping etc). Applied knowledge of Geometrical Dimensioning & Tolerancing. Knowledge of product development life cycle, and manufacturing processes. Candidate demonstrates self- awareness, is self-driven with positive, global, and problem-solving, growth mindset. Takes product ownership for assigned function area. Experience working in an Agile environment (with product owner or scrum master) is a plus. Previous Client or equivalent OEM experience is a plus. Knowledge of class 8 heavy duty trucks is a plus.
