The Raytheon MechanicalEngineering (ME) Organization leads the mechanical hardware design, development and production of radar, sonar, torpedo, and combat system equipment. The Air Defense Ground Equipment (ADGE) Department leads mechanicaldesign, development, and integration of platform systems. This includes shelter systems, hardware integration, cable & interconnections, as well as facility development, and site integration. The department is comprised of individuals with technical expertise and experience in hardware design, integration, and production support.
The ADGE department is looking for a full-time MechanicalEngineer II - DesignEngineer, located in Tewksbury, MA (Onsite).
As a MechanicalEngineer II/DesignEngineer you will support the design and development of rugged military electronics, transition product to production and provide sustainment support to operations and supply chain. You will participate as an integral member of a mechanical or cross functional team and will perform component/assembly modeling and documentation generation, release, and change incorporation. An explicit requirement of the MEII role is the growth of your design and problem-solving skills in support of product development and manufacturing.
This is an onsite role.
Responsibilities to Anticipate:
Design:
Investigate and resolve change requests from manufacturing or suppliers
Development of rework and/or modification procedures
Teaming/Communication:
Interface with other engineering disciplines, non-technical disciplines, and suppliers to develop design solutions and resolve technical challenges.
Work with limited supervision and meet commitments for assigned schedule, financial, and technical goals.
Support and participate in design peer reviews, resolving action items, and conduct trade studies to make sound technical decisions.
Mentor and guide less experienced engineers.
Qualifications You Must Have:
2 years MechanicalEngineering experience, preferably in the design of hardware for use in Military environments.
Experience with concept definition through detailed design, transition to production, and production support.
Experience with 3D CAD design tools and related product data management tools.

Design tools and dies in Solid Edge CAD software for sheet metal parts manufacturing including tool material selection.
Use of advanced trades' mathematics, including trigonometry together with the use of complicated drawings, specifications, charts, tables, data bases, formulas; all varieties of precision measuring instruments and all varieties of production related equipment. Including, but not limited to CNC equipment, multi-machine work stations, heat treat equipment, computers and specific technical software applications involving a thorough technical-skills knowledge (i.e. CNC programming), plus the application of basic theory.
Evaluate existing production methods, equipment, tools and dies for improvement and tool life estimates. Redesign as required to improve performance and quality & provide retraining of operators as needed.
Design low cost automation systems. Research and Develop flexible/reconfigurable tooling for assembly of various MTO products
Troubleshoot equipment to ensure efficient operation.
Analyze manufacturing processes and determine Return on Investment (ROI) for project justification. Make project plan, timeline, and presentations supporting M.E. Projects
Write specifications for acquisitions of new equipment. Source and research vendors for machinery and equipment
Write qualification plans and procedures for final acceptance of equipment and adherence to equipment specifications using statistical methods and design of experiments methodology.
Installation and commissioning of tools, dies & other equipment. Prepare work instructions for production staff
Participate in quality and safety audits to ensure conformity to ISO and OSHA regulations.
Participate in design review meetings with Product and DesignEngineers.
Respond to customer inquiries, escalating manufacturing and delivery issues as appropriate.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering Required.
Four or more years of related experience
CAD, lean manufacturing, metallurgy
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Raytheon is seeking a mid-level career Senior Structural Engineer to join the Mechanical Analysis and Test Department. In this role you will be responsible for detailed structural analysis to support all phases of programs including development and production. The analyses will cover a wide range of difficult problems, requiring solutions that are imaginative, thorough, practicable, and consistent with organization objectives. The analysis tasks will span the spectrum from classical hand calculations to detailed analyses requiring the use of finite element analysis software. You will be expected to present your work for peer reviews and to be a peer reviewer for other engineers' work. Job Summary:
The RF Microelectronics/Module Design & Foundry Services Department at Raytheon in Andover, MA, is currently seeking a Sr. Principal Electro-MechanicalEngineer to develop leading-edge miniaturized 3DHI sensors and systems to enable future generation technologies across Raytheon.

Senior Project Engineer - Data Center Design is responsible for the standards, procurement, and design of data center facilities in North America.

About the Role
JB&B is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join the Electrical department at our Boston office. The Senior Project Engineer is a technically skilled and experienced engineer with excellent communication, coordination, project management, and leadership skills. This role typically manages one to two smaller projects and is the key designer on larger base‑building and infrastructure upgrade projects.
Responsibilities
Leads the design on tenant fit‑out projects and is a key designer on base‑building/infrastructure upgrades; assembles riser diagrams, schedules, and floor plans; participates in specification writing.
Establishes design criteria from the project proposal and assembles basis of design documents.
Assembles a complete set of contract documents for their trade including the layout of main equipment rooms, closets, shafts, risers, etc.
Leads design for their trade's ancillary systems required for a project and can assemble scope-associated drawings with these systems (e.g., UPS, generators, fuel, secondary water pumps, water reclamation system).
Reviews shop drawings, RFIs, contractor change orders, performs site visits and punch‑lists with limited supervision to verify that designs are being implemented accurately.
Assists in establishing an efficient project schedule for their project team that ensures appropriate use of resources while adhering to deadlines.
Assists in following up on progress and completion of tasks; holds team members accountable to completing tasks on time regardless of their position.
Qualifications

What you will bring
Strong understanding of machine learning and deep learning fundamentals with experience in one or more of LLM Inference Optimizations, Computer Vision, NLP, and reinforcement learning
Experience with tensor math libraries such as PyTorch and NumPy
Strong programming skills with proven experience implementing Python based machine learning solutions
