**What We're Looking For:**
+ 8+ years of Technical Program Management within healthcare and/or corporate technology operations
+ Demonstrated experience partnering with VP and Director-level leaders on OP1/OP2 planning and execution.
+ Ability to lead executive level discussions for cross-functional teams such as legal, regulatory, and finance
+ Skilled at taking raw data and turning it into digestible insights, actions, and decisions.
+ **Experience working within regulated healthcare, medical device, or compliance-driven environments is a strong plus.**
+ Executive presence and clear communication-confident in leading high-level conversations and decision forums.
+ Emotional intelligence and the ability to lead with empathy while maintaining accountability.

In the role of Senior Transportation ProjectManager, we'll count on you to:
Direct and coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams throughout the project's lifecycle (from development & initiation to close-out)
Responsible for all aspects of large multidiscipline projects or medium-sized projects with high degree of technical complexity, involving a large project staff
Produce and coordinate several projects concurrently
Your projectmanagement will support a wide variety of projects including county projects, municipalities, small and large DOT projects, and large national projects
Collaborate and support cross-discipline projects with our Water and Building Engineering Services business groups that involve roadway staff
Establish and maintain client relations, and be involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meetings
Conduct work sessions for deliverable development in conjunction with other staff and stakeholders
Coordinate staffing and workload through entire project life cycle, and ensure completion of deliverables on schedule
Track financial aspects of projects, and coordinate and adjust work effort with team to ensure that work is completed within parameters of agreed-to budget and schedule
Work with the Accounting, Operational and Business leadership for periodic project reviews
Implement QA/QC procedures
Supervise large project staffs and act as mentor for less-experienced ProjectManagers
