Responsibilities
Work in a Level III NICU in an acute care hospital setting
Unit has 40 beds with nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:1 to 1:2 for critical and intermediate infants, and 3:1 for growing and feeding infants
Expected to perform neonatal assessments and advanced procedures including intubation, spinal taps, IV starts, and PICC line placements
Uses conventional and high frequency ventilators, Draeger, MedFusion and Smart pumps, Spacelab monitors, nitric oxide, MAK for medications, Accudose, and Epic EMR
Required to work 12-hour rotating day and night shifts, with every other weekend scheduled
Role involves comprehensive nursing care for neonates, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation
Assists with advanced neonatal procedures as part of the care team
Training includes Epic (OneChart) orientation and two days with a buddy nurse
Scrub attire is child-friendly with role-specific colored pants
Must badge in and out at the facility
Travelers must not reside within a 60 mile radius of the facility, and a reduced rate applies for those living 60-80 miles away
Candidates with prior Sanford Health employment must have ended their employment at least 6 months before consideration

Procedures include coronary and neuro angiograms/interventions, vascular endographs, device cases, and possible EP and structural heart procedures based on experience
Uses EPIC, CUPID, and GE MAC Lab/Cardio Lab for documentation and reporting
Shift options are 8 or 10 hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with one late shift and one call shift per week
Scheduled to work every 2-3 weekends with rotation of call every 3-4th weekend
No floating to other units is required
Primary responsibilities include scrubbing for cardiac, neuro, and peripheral vascular angiograms/interventions, as well as device implants such as pacemakers and ICDs
Procedures performed may include left/right heart caths, PCI (rotablader, shockwave), pericardiocentesis, intra-aortic balloon pump and Impella insertions/removals, PFO/ASD closure, and EP ablations if experienced
A 1-2 day orientation with an assigned mentor is provided and tailored to candidate experience
Call shifts are covered as part of a 4-person team; candidate will not be working alone
Ceil blue scrubs are provided
All clinicians must badge in and out at the facility
Candidates who have worked previously with this health system must have an end date at least 6 months prior to consideration

Responsibilities
Work in a 47-bed Med/Surg unit within an acute care hospital setting
Patient population includes general medical-surgical and surgical oncology patients
Day shifts are 12 hours long with every other weekend required
Nurse-to-patient ratios are 5:1 on days and 6:1 on nights
Travelers may float to other Med/Surg units across campus as needed
Uses Epic EMR system
Unit utilizes AccuDose, Bladder Scanner, Phillips monitors, and telemetry equipment
Duties include caring for both Med/Surg and surgical oncology patients and collaborating with inter-professional healthcare teams
Initial orientation includes one day of lead center training and two 12-hour shifts with a preceptor on the unit
Scrub color is navy blue
Candidates must badge in and out at the facility
Travelers who have previously worked for the health system must have an employment end date at least six months prior to consideration
Travelers must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
