Senior Executive Administrative Assistant - To the President
Our Client, a specialty contractor in barriers and markings is seeking to add a Senior Executive Administrative Assistant to their leadership team. This role will work ONSITE in Pewaukee, WI and will work standard hours M-F with extra time - nights and weekends - expected to assure work gets completed. This is a full-time role that serves the President and does some work for the CFO and other Executives. This role pays in the $100K-$150K range based on experience and includes a strong bonus program. This role also offers a healthy benefit package - Health, Dental and Vision covered at 80% - and a 401K plan that sees a 20% reinvestment in the employee.
The key to this role is past proven success serving C-Suite executives in an onsite setting in a growing organization. The incumbent will:
Run calendars, email and travel for the President
Assure deliverables for all project work connected to the President/CFO
Work with internal and external clients on behalf of the President
Work with Microsoft Suite and assemble BOD packages and create executive level presentations (PPT).
Work with Microsoft Excel to update financial information and deliverables to internal and external entities
Assure - create/proof/update - strong written communication to be delivered to clients, staff and executives.
Act as a Project Manager around key company initiatives connected to the President.
Be assigned administrative support and project coordination for special projects across the organization.
Assist Executives and other administrators in the completion of project work by the provision of administrative assistance and project coordination.
Organize and maintain files/records/databases across departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Coordinate internal Executive meetings.
Perform document preparation.
Utilize technology to propose and create administrative efficiency.
Create and evolve the role by provision of new ideas and self-suggestive sales into new duties and responsibilities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
10+ years experience in an Executive Administrative role supporting C-Suite executive leadership
High proficiency in the entirety of MS Office Suite of tools - PPT, Excel, & Word highly important.
Strong writing skillset with key on mass communication to include strong grammar and spelling proficiency
Proven track record of “super-organized.”
Technological savvy with experience in multiple software packages -
