RUNNERS: A hospitality and food service professional comes to work on time in the proper uniform, both clean and pressed, with all necessary tools needed to perform their job. A food runner at PJ Clarke's is responsible for properly reading a table's ticket, following instruction from both the front of house management team as well as the chef expedited the food, bringing the food to the appropriate table, placing the food and the table according to the position numbers and following through with any additional needs of that table that will improve their experience. Along with the servers, the runners are responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the dining room throughout service.
